The boss and employees are very enthusiastic, the service is very good, and the room was upgraded for free. Thank you very much! However, I really want to tell the boss that the hygiene details need to be strengthened. Although it is not a big problem, it is a pity to lose points like this. The first floor of the B&B has its own parking spaces (about 6), which is very convenient but requires some skills.

During the Spring Festival, the family traveled with both young and old. After comparing many hotels, we finally chose Atour in the city. Fortunately, this Atour did not disappoint us. Good location, there is a shopping mall behind it. Hygiene: clean and tidy! Environment: The room is big enough, and you can see Cangshan Mountain from the street! Facilities: Not enough elevators, waiting time is a bit long.

Very good hotel~will call in advance to ask if you need to pick up. The ladies and brothers at the front desk were very gentle and patient, and gave travel tips and food recommendations for Dali. The room was spacious and clean. I could see the beautiful sunset. It was not noisy when I slept at night. A lot of fruits were also given. There are many beautiful flowers and plants in the lobby whose names I don't know. Children like to see goldfish~

The hotel location was very strategic and near to airport and train station. The hotel has arranged a driver to pick us from the train station. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they even helped to order my fren's birthday cake. They have upgraded us to a room with nice seaview and it was awesome. Their breakfast was hearty too! Will definitely recommend this place for stay in Dali! It was just about 30mins drive away from dali ancient town.

The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first. However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM. I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train. I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages. That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

Pros - Lovely room with a view. - Well-located, near the railway station. - Very helpful and kind manager. Homely feeling. - location is accurate, better to contact them in advance for the exact pin and image of the building. Overall, it is a homely + luxurious property with very sweet and helpful owners. Travelers kindly note - Many of the facilities mentioned here on Trip.com are not available. For example it says 24/7 front desk and luggage storage - but there is no front desk at all and staff is not available at night or before 10 am. Better to contact them well in advance before you arrive and not go by the facilities mentioned on Trip.com. Similarly no gym etc.

I have been serviced by Pullman Hotel in Dali for 2 nights. I am very impressed by the service of the staff, especially Mr. Edison. On the day I arrived, my luggage was broken. He was able to advise me where I could buy a new one, and he also took care of my luggage and brought it to my room when the room was ready. He always informed me and took good care of me. The other staffs were also very helpful. They are able to communicate with me well, and provided other services, such as breakfast, called a taxi to my destination, opened and shut the car's door for me. It showed a lot of care. I was very impressed. If I come to visit here again, I will definitely choose Pullman Hotel.

Super satisfying accommodation experience ~ A must-choose hotel for family travel with parents ~ The hotel is located in Xiaguan, which is considered to be in Dali City. I think it will be more convenient than other ancient towns or villages, and it is close to the sea, and you can see Erhai Lake in the room ~ The suite I booked has a public living room and two independent rooms, and the toilet and shower room are separated, which is convenient for family use ~ The hotel facilities are very complete, with washing machines and dryers ~ The service is also in place, and any problems are responded to immediately, very considerate ~

The hotel is located in the city of Dali on the west bank of Erhai Lake. It is very convenient to eat out, travel by car, and walk on the beach. The hotel staff from security to lobby management are very friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The daily lunch snacks are also very local, and the stay experience is good. Personal suggestion: it is better to replace the three-in-one coffee drinks in the room with pure coffee drinks.
