It’s a little tricky to find as the map location is often on the opposite side of the road. The sign is down a narrow alley, usually with a food stall in the way. It’s a nice room and it was a pleasant stay. But check-in was troublesome for foreigners. The computer and camera system failed to take adequate photos of my passport or me, and even the local PSB couldn’t really make it work. A minor inconvenience though. When I arrived the receptionist was asleep at a nearby table. I didn’t know it was him until I called the hotel number. When I checked out at 8:30 am there was nobody at reception at all. In the room itself there are no light switches by the bed and the main light doesn’t work. The kitchen area is tired and needs repairing/updating. The provided rose cakes were really nice. I enjoyed using the tea set to make Pu’er tea. The room was light and airy and the overall experience was good, if a little inconvenient at times.

There is also a special afternoon tea. Good night desserts have never been seen before😓. On the first day I checked in, the waiter brought one🍊one🍎two small packs of Oreos. There was a can of Sprite and a can of Coke in the room. I only ate one🍊. I haven’t seen any additions in a few days. In particular, the bath water is very small, and it did not get bigger after following the instructions on the wall. A lady with long hair couldn't get her hair wet for a long time, so I caught a cold on the first day of bathing, and the store needs to improve it.

The B&B is located just outside the south gate of Dali Ancient City. It has a good location. It is a newly opened B&B with a comfortable environment and clean and sanitary conditions. It is very close to the ancient city. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the ancient city tourist service center. It is convenient for travel and it is very convenient to take a bus to the scenic spots around Erhai Lake. I stayed there for three consecutive nights. I highly recommend it.
