Choosing this hotel for my trip was an excellent decision. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was so comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and attentive, quickly assisting with anything I needed. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I absolutely loved my 3-night stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They all spoke good English, so communication was smooth and easy. The breakfast was delicious. While the overall selection was quite similar each morning, I really liked that they served a different type of pho every day. It was a thoughtful touch that gave us a chance to try different local flavors during our stay. The warm hospitality truly made this hotel feel like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat! Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We hope to come back again someday!

Location is quite a bit to walk to the centre area but is easy and cheap to grab, just 5 to 10 mins depending on traffic conditions. Entire premise is very clean and pleasant with lots of greenery. The most amazing are the people, staffs are very welcoming, warm and informative. The lady at the counter with half pony tail can recognise me in my room number the very next day, very heart warming. Is definitely a pleasure to be here and highly recommended.

I just had a very pleasant stay at Almira. The room is clean, fragrant, cozy design in true Dalat style. The location is quiet but moving to the center is very convenient. The host is extremely cute, quick and enthusiastic support. Full facilities, good room temperature, strong hot water, very comfortable bed.

Eventho its a bit small but the location is great and right at the city center! Love how easy it is to borrow a scooter from the reception but they will hold our passport eventho there is no deposit needed. The room is a bit small but its clean and cozy. The best bed I’ve had. It has massage if you want you can ask the reception and they also sell snack eventho it is more expensive than in town. And also their receptionist is super friendly 🫶🏻🥰

Pros: 1. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. 2. The overall environment was quite good, and the hotel breakfast was rich and delicious. There's also a gift shop next to the restaurant. You can find some local street food stalls near the hotel as well. 3. There's a swimming pool with a comfortable, constant water temperature. 4. The bedding and slippers were comfortable. Cons: 1. The in-room facilities were a bit old, but not excessively so, and everything worked perfectly. 2. The only mosquito repellent provided in the room was a mosquito net. Overall, the experience was great. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy a very pleasant time at the hotel, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's advisable to bring plenty of insect repellent. Tip: Dalat's weather can be quite cold day and night, so remember to pack warm clothes and always have a jacket handy.

The hotel's exterior was acceptable. The porters and staff were helpful. The location was also fairly convenient. However, the front desk service (one male and one female) was poor on both nights. This hotel stated, ”Our hotel policy is that we only provide two bottles of water per room.” Of the four hotels I stayed at in Vietnam, this was the only one with such a policy. And there were two adults staying in one room. Finally, I didn't have the energy to go through the hassle of changing from a double room to a twin room, so I didn't complain. The soundproofing in the room on the right side of the 3rd floor was very poor.

We really like this place and this is our second time staying here. The rooms are always very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but there is always something to eat. Sometimes the rooms can be a bit cold, but the heater helps a lot. We would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back again.

They do their best to serve us, despite having difficulty communicating fluently in English. It can be easily solved with Google translate these days. The view is amazing. The room was super clean. Beds and the environment were very comfortable. They also allowed us store our luggages for free while we explore the city further after we checked out.

My recent trip was a 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel for less than 900k VND, and the service was excellent and super convenient. For that price, they still refilled the water regularly, cleaned the place, even arranged a motorbike rental… basically everything was perfect. Initially, I planned to book from August 11th to 14th, but due to work commitments, I wanted to postpone it to August 12th to 15th. I messaged the hotel through their Facebook page and received enthusiastic support. Checking in early didn't incur any extra charges because the hotel had rooms available that day. The check-out process was simple and straightforward. The rooms were clean and tidy; I will definitely return!
