房間規整，離海近，出門走幾分鐘（100米）下去就是免費沙灘，方便停車，鄰里友好，玩沙歸來民宿樓下有免費沖洗水管，旁邊還有個海鮮麪小店，挖沙趕海工具方便購買，沙灘方向剛好正對正東，早晨起來不用爬山就能看海上日出！
衹是這裏的海由於海是大凹灣區，夏季聚集了大量的水母海葵等刺胞生物，下水有刺痛和被蟄的感覺，蠻疼的，一開始以為是蚊子皰遇海水所致，但是穿衣服無傷口的地方也有被電的刺痛感，在別的地方像象山普陀山大青山嵊泗都沒有遇到，查了網上才發現是以上原因！尤其是8月份！好像還沒什麼可防護！因為浮游生物及碎片極小，肉眼不可見！得做好心裏準備！畢竟是“免費非開放野灘”，一致於我到了附近其他的沙灘也不敢下水了！
但是民宿和周邊是非常好的！向北過個隧道有個石子門村，那裡是漁船停泊點，向東南沿海公路幾公里就是涼峙村，風車山就在涼峙上面，可以開車上去。

客棧阿姨很熱情，衞生也很乾凈，出門就是沙龍沙灘很方便，阿姨和叔叔還能幫忙買菜加工，價格實惠手藝也很好👍以後有機會再去

門口就正對着海邊，房間很乾凈。我們帶了邊牧，房東還留了一個大房間給我們。去海邊玩完可以來房東家沖腳，很方便。房東家的飯菜也很好吃，下次來衢山島的話還會考慮這裏！

老闆和老闆娘人特別好！！！不僅房間很乾凈，而且還主動關心我有沒有吃飯，幫我煮飯吃（加工費低到我都不好意思）。民宿離沙龍沙灘很近，步行就可以到達，非常推薦！！！最後建議預訂二樓的標間，會比一樓的房間更舒服。
