Facilities: Complete facilities, refrigerator. Air conditioning, safe. Booked a sea view room with a large terrace. You can see the sea. The restaurant on the top of the building. You can also see the sea. The location of the hotel. Life around is very convenient. There are many ATM machines downstairs. China's UnionPay card with chip can be directly inserted to withdraw local Egyptian money. There are all kinds of convenience stores, small restaurants, and fruit and vegetable stores downstairs.
Hygiene: Although the facilities look a bit old, they are maintained very clean.
Service: The hotel's service is very attentive and thoughtful. I have to go out very early every morning these days. I can tell the front desk one day in advance and prepare breakfast boxes the next morning.

It was a short stay but it was good. They were very kind and helpful with currency exchange and early check-in. Next time I go to Dahab, I want to stay again.

I highly recommend this accomodation. Such a good location, friendly & helpful staff, and yum breakfast😁 especially the staff was super supportive and helped me in many ways! We came a bit earlier and they let us checked in earlier :)

Excellent central location close to restaurants and the seafront, with high praise going to the free breakfast options (which were all yummy) and the roof terrace restaurant. Reception staff were always willing to help, even if English wasn’t always easy for them to understand. The room itself was fine though the Internet, like most places in Egypt, rarely works and the sink is run with seawater. The day trips offered are cheaper than on the seafront though don’t necessarily expect the best service from the tour guides.

We started off on the wrong foot. We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 AM after a long and exhausting traveling journey, only to be greeted at reception by a young man who didn’t speak a word of English and had no record of our reservation. They initially put us in a room that we had to change immediately because it didn’t even have a door. The second room, where we spent the first night, had a poorly maintained bathroom and a fridge that looked and sounded like a broken-down car.
During our stay, the water supply was cut off for two out of the five days. The bathroom had a persistent leak, the fridge was completely iced over inside, and if unplugged, it flooded the room. While the bed wasn’t uncomfortable, the overall experience was far from restful.
On the last day, we had to leave without showering because there was no water. To make matters worse, every afternoon when we tried to rest, construction work would begin on the doors, complete with loud hammering.
It was truly an experience to forget.

호텔직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 숙소도 깔끔합니다. 특히 라이트하우스 앞바다와 가깝고 식당가와 가까워서 여행하기 굉장히 편리했습니다. 주인이 바뀌면서 직원들이 11월 부로 전부 교체됐다고 하는데 이후 서비스는 어떻게 될 지 모르겠네요
