It is very close to the pier, a standard resort type, with its own dive shop. The front desk is a bit rigid, the restaurant is good, and the room is large enough.

I loved the pool, and the food was great. I am not a big fan of their breakfast, but I highly recommend their vegetable and mushroom or chicken and vegetable fried rice. The price was reasonable too.
The location is quieter than other places I have stayed or came upon. It is far away from karaoke shops so you don't hear much singing than other places. The room was decent and clean, even though the bathroom could be bigger with better water pressure.
Overall, I would like to stay here again.

There are no complaints about the hotel, there was a bit of a bad feeling when booking excursions with them, since it turned out that when you buy a trip to the island from them for 2000 per person, you are put in a group where it is openly written 1500.
I understand that they must have some income, but it’s not that big of a difference.
The hotel itself is good, clean pool, very friendly staff

We stayed for. Week at Slam’s and had the best time. Resort is in a great location - close to everything. Room was really good - 1st floor overlooking the huge pool. Big balcony. Lots of rooms to sit and admire the view. Comfy bed, great shower, fridge, and great air con. The huge pool is amazing. The restaurant was great - delicious fresh food. Really enjoyed our breakfasts each morning. Slam’s were great in organizing our smooth t transfer from Cebu and then also onto Bantayan. Staff were really friendly and are what makes Slam’s such a wonderful place to stay. Special thanks to Emma who was so friendly and really helpful with suggestions of what to do etc. Slam’s is definitely the best place to stay on Malapascua. Can’t wait to stay again.
