Beautiful resort located on the north of the island
I prefer to stay here because the beach is nicer, you can easily hire a bike or walk to the different parts of the island
Friendly staff and the food is tasty
Con: The dorm won't allow A/C usage if fewer than 4 people are in the room.

nice accomodation. The staff are very helpful . I have a great stay in here. A good place to do the Kayak and Paddle board activities. a a great Acoustic music being played in the afternoon.

I am frustrated with how they treat guests who want to check in early. I know there is a policy to follow for the check-in hours, especially for peak days. Hence, it would be better if they were more lenient for days when lesser customers were waiting. We waited for six long hours before we checked into our room. Nobody bothered to check on us if we were exhausted after a 4-hour drive from the Metro.
Other than the challenges with the check-in process, the foods were great but a little pricey.
Overall, I will come back not for their service but for the front beach location

1. The beach is good, the best in Malapuskua;
2. The location is inconvenient, far from the pier and the market, there are no shops nearby, decent places where you can dine, not at the hotel, either;
3. Food in the hotel restaurant is expensive (1.5-2 times higher than on the south side) and poorly prepared;
4. It is better not to take breakfast - either rotten ham or burnt rice;
5. Upon arrival, you will be surprised to learn that you need to sign a document with a bunch of "not allowed" - in particular, do not bring anything to eat and drink into the room, only bought from them at three prices, otherwise the "cork" fi in the amount of 1000 pesos and a lot of things from 10-12 points;
6. The rooms are clean, the plumbing is in good condition, there is hot water with a very low degree of salinity;
7. In general, all the negative reviews on the Google map for the hotel are true.
I do not recommend the hotel for booking, only if the priority is to have a good beach.
