We like this hotel very much. hight service and pure clean. tasty breakfast. best location. on the back yard there is beautiful swimming pool. employees are very polite. we enjoyed our holiday a lot. but there is small minus: the cleaner never leave soap and shower gel after cleaning. few times we came to them to take by ourself.

Very enjoyable experience here. From arriving until checking out, couldn’t find fault. Very clean, and well maintained, extremely polite, friendly and attentive staff. Perfect, central location opposite beach, not oversized, beautiful relaxing garden with swimming pool and spa. Clean, comfortable, airy rooms with small balcony. The breakfast buffet was superb every morning.. fresh, clean, amazing variety, and well kept and stocked throughout. Big shout out to the people who are working here who have made it a pleasure to stay. If in Da Nang again, I will be staying here.

NESTA GROUP HOTEL! is one of my favorite group hotels across Vietnam, IT IS AN EASY PICK WHERE TO STAY IN VIETNAM! and this time round, is Da Nang :)) located just across my Khe beach. so, it is really convenient, Starbucks and Highlands Coffee are just by the street, and a backflip to the beach. ROOM; stayed in the garden room (quieter section) and just by the pool. room is huge with a nice comfy bed, cool aircon on hot days, and plenty of amenities were supplied. SERVICE; hospitality was top-notch; everyone was full of smiles and greeted me every time I passed by. The warm feeling of service from my check-in to check-out was pleasant. MEALS: breakfast was a spread of goodness and plenty of options and even tho I enjoyed my late breakfast (close to the closing time) the F&B crew was superb and willing to prepare some produce and food that is not on display anymore, you just need to ask them kindly. the outdoor seating was my favorite to be with the sun and fresh air. FACILITIES; The pool was sufficient to have a nice morning lap (when there's no one) and a quick dip in the afternoon or just to lounge around to read and enjoy bar drinks order from smoothies, ice cold beer and there's an attendant with provided towels, and help you with anything you need also there's a spa available with 40% discount. hammock is comfortable to have a quick nap too. a lil feedback if I may would be just to add another sheer curtain or twos for the ground floor room as it is too sheer you can see everything inside the room from the outside and people pass the area all day, all night (and the ones by the pool and garden hanging out) but all in all I really enjoy my stay with Nesta and recommend this hotel and defo will come back for my next trip to DN. I had an amazing hotel I like the location it’s close to everything, very nice hotel not to much people and the stuff are nicer specially TUYEN bcoz she can speak English, also I celebrated my bday here. imakes me so special coz I had my bday cake and I’ll probably go back in da nang and stay here again.

I really liked the location by the sea and the service in the guest room.

Nesta is in an excellent location and directly across from a very nice stretch of beach. It s set back from the road. Our room on the fourth floor had good views of the ocean. There are plenty to eat around the hotel and most places are within walking distance. The breakfast spread is generous with variety catering for different styles of breakfast. The staff from reception to waiting staff were on top form. Helpful, mindful and happy. Tuyen made sure we were well looked after, Phuong at concierge was always around to give tips on where to go and what to eat as a local, Mai at the spa went beyond and above to accommodate my “out of menu” requests. Thuan at breakfast was very attentive. I will happily come back again.

Housekeeping came in and cleaned our room everyday and replenished our bath kits, towels, complimentary water, coffee and tea. The ones in the fridge are charged when consumed. I love how clean the hotel was and the staff bumped us up to a better room with a sea view since our room is currently used by someone else. I love the view every morning and the hotel is also beautiful at night with the light decor. Great breakfast buffet that fills you right up. I recommend to book your stay with breakfast because the food is great - there is Thai food, some English breakfast, Korean food, and Chinese food. There is a special dish that changes everyday which you can check and ask for at the window booth inside the buffet. I love the closeness to the beach and went out and came back with a good burning sunburn. I went during late September and it was raining hard but thankfully it cleared up during my last 2 full days at the hotel.

Superb location right across the street from My Khe beach. The room was comfortable and clean. Amazing pool and peaceful garden area. The pool also had no more than 4 people in it the whole time we were there and on times felt like a private family pool, not sure if that was just a coincidence or not. Pool was very clean as well with a a life guard. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful whilst asking for feedback about our stay there. The breakfast was actually quite good. Over the 5 days we stayed there, we always found enough variety and supply for western and asian preference particularly for fruits, breads, etc. The location is wonderful. Even my little daughter could walk to the night markets, Han market, etc from the hotel. We did a family spa day at the hotel and found that quite enjoyable! We did have some minor problems with water leaking on the floor in the washroom due to the half glass shower and passed them along to the service desk. In addition, when we booked we thought we would get a sea view based on the description but we never actually had much of a view at all, though it exists from some rooms. I politely talked to the service desk about this and they couldn't change as they were full but we were alright with it as the beach is just across the street. I did suggest that they should call this room a "partial sea view" to better describe what you are specifically booking. The hotel is far enough off the street to have quite a peaceful atmosphere, especially in that back garden area by the pool. Overall I would definitely stay here again as we really enjoyed this hotel! Thank you for your kind service!

Nesta hotel was located next to the beach and many shops nearby. Had a great spa run by Ms Mai called Spa Nesta Danang. Great masseurs and Ms Mai was very accommodating. Great service - highly recommended. Breakfast was great and staff was very courteous.
