The place is near the sea .The breakfast is ok ,you have eggs ,some potatoes with meat,bread ,salad and pho .some porridge as well,juice and coffee.in the room you have some chips and cookies 🍪 that you should pay in case you eat it but there is no price in the room ,so be careful.i would stay there again for sure 👍 I recommend it.

I like this hotel. Breakfast is wonderfully. The employees are extremely friendly and polite.

Great place, spacious rooms. Few minutes away from the beach. Food and shops nearby.

If I told you my experience you would not post a negative review

1. Only hotel we have been to in Vietnam with no complimentary coffee, tea, mugs. Despite there being a kettle in the room. 2. Staff are not very friendly any request is met with irritation for having to provide a basic service. Never greeted when you come in or out of hotel always ignored, not even a smile. Vietnam has such good service nearly everywhere else we have been except for at this hotel its very strange. Either the staff are miserable with their own management or they are just terribly suited to a job in the service industry. A smile and a bit of empathy goes a long way. 3. Reception staff did not welcome us with any information at all just gave us the room key card. 4. Swimming pool dirty. No staff available in the afternoon at the pool. No towels for pool available. Hotel staff said it’s because they were all being used but there were two used towels on deck chairs left there for 2/3hrs. Just showed staff had not attended the pool area. No one serving coffee or drinks at the “pool bar” (didn’t exist when we were there). This hotel is massive and there were 4 guests with towels and two used towels on sun beds that guests had left. So basically they have 5 guest towels for the pool for an entire 10 storey hotel. 5. Breakfast is bad. Not much choice, mainly cold and not replaced often. Coffee usually cold with a tiny mug available. Staff all quite miserable. Any requests are met with a sigh like you are an annoyance, even just asking for cutlery. 6. Room itself is just sub standard. No hot water in the shower. Door handle screws loose not far from breaking. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Marks on taps and sink and grains on sand on the floor. 7. Cleaners just walked into our room without knocking whilst we were inside and had the do not disturb sign on the door. 8. Room is not soundproof the noise of the swimming pool pump was very loud above us. 9. Overall looks like this hotel was four star once upon a time, about 20 years ago. But its clearly 3 star at best now. The only thing that looks like the advert is the reception hall. Truly believe management at this hotel have just failed in their ability to create a good working environment and a good culture for providing customer service. Expect young staff, not many people able to to talk good English, staff talking amongst themselves, bored, unhappy and just a general bad atmosphere full of visibly disappointed guests. If you want 4 star seriously reconsider this hotel. If you look through the negative reviews you will see similar complaints. Something we didn’t do beforehand which was a mistake.

Good location and the staff are very helpfully

Good location close to the sea, many restaurants and cafes nearby, the room was a bit humid, you can't open the window because there was an exhaust hood from a nearby cafe opposite, so you can't dry your shorts after the pool. The room had a partial sea view, but there is no view on the 3rd floor. The pool is clean, but there weren't always towels there.

The bedding was clean and there were a lot of marts and restaurants nearby, which was nice. Soundproofing wasn't that great, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Breakfast was so-so. I ate cup ramen for dinner, but there were two soups.

The room was spacious and clean, and the cost performance was good!! The rooms were around the elevator, so there were people packing in the hallway from early in the morning, which was noisy. There were convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, massage parlours, etc. nearby, so it was convenient.

It's clean. There aren't many kinds, but the breakfast was good. There are many Korean restaurants around, and you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. I'll book it next time I go to Danang.

Excellent location of the hotel, on a quiet street 2-3 minutes from the tourist street. To the sea 5 minutes. Nearby cafes and shops. The hotel is clean and cozy. Pool on the roof. Rooms of different categories. But staying in all in which I was you feel comfortable. I recommend. Watch the video review on the you tube channel Pikart Travel

If you want to stay at the beach, I highly recommend it. The clean rooms, reasonable prices, and friendly staff made my stay comfortable. You will be very satisfied. The breakfast is also good.
