The hotel facilities themselves were old, but the hot water in the shower was good and easy to use. I could see that the staff was also working kindly and diligently. There were a lot of Vietnamese breakfast, so I enjoyed it, which is rare. The biggest attraction of this hotel is the view from the room. The curved window showed the sea without reflection, and the morning sun was so beautiful that I was moved. The view from the pool was also very good. One thing that bothered me was that the hotel customers were noisy even though it was the middle of the night. We were tired, so we slept while listening to the voice outside the door, but in a normal state, we might not get enough sleep.

Amazing hotel! They upgraded my room for ocean view! What's a surprise hooray!! Everything is good but you should avoid prime time of breakfast because it's so crowded. By the way all the other services are good. I recommend this hotel

We booked 4 rooms, location is good, opposite the beach - service was acceptable, room size is good.

Good view

The Serene hotel is good 4 stars hotel at very nice location with beach front. Room is clean, hospitality staffs. It's better if the spa would be re-opened.

The location is amazing!!❤︎❤︎❤︎ The beach is right in front of you! There are no buildings blocking the view, and it was quiet. The front desk staff were always smiling and helpful, and the breakfast buffet staff and cleaning staff were also smiling! I also requested a free cake to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday, and they even sang a birthday song for us, which I really appreciate!!
