Ponte Boutique

A small but cozy and very green hotel a few hundred meters from Da Nang beach. The room was generous; while it looked a bit spartanic, it didn't lack anything substantial. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and while the shower is a tad small, bathroom equipment was perfectly fine too. Kitchen utilities could be improved, though; proper mugs and more cutlery and plates would have been useful. We actually booked a room without a balcony but got upgraded to one with one of the largest balconies the hotel has to offer, which was very nice. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, with reception calling beforehand whether and when we wanted the room to be cleaned. A small detail, but it's a nice service. We had our laundry done once, at a reasonable price and it was quick too. Reception was always friendly and helpful. There is a popular café/restaurant directly across the street which might be quite loud in the evening. Closing the balcony door usually helped, so it was not much of a problem. The location is great besides that, with tons of cafés, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The closest ATM is quite far away, though. The street allows for easy ride-hailing. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (large roads need to be crossed, but traffic in Da Nang is not nearly as bad as in some other Vietnamese cities).

Great value hotels to stay in Da Nang The hotel message us one day before with greeting and their WhatsApp contact info. They were able to arrange for affordable private car transfer from the airport easily and the driver was on time. The hotel staff are very friendly, able to converse in English. We also manage to book private transport and tickets to attractions such as Sun World Bana Hills with them directly at reasonable price. The room has kettle, bowl and utensils to prepare simple instant noodle when hungry. There is a small convenience store just a few steps away and the surroundings is reasonable quiet. However, we felt that the air conditioning could be stronger. Overall, we are happy with our stay at Ponte Boutique Villa and would recommend it for anyone visiting Da Nang. Great hotel had a very comfortable bed and pillows good air conditioning and great shower and was nice a quiet the pool is a great extra ,many restaurants and convenience stores close by and very nice staff Tin was super helpful and nothing was a drama

Cute but basic, hotel pics probably need updating as the lush green foliage is about half of what you see and the pool is a little worse for wear. Service was good - seems like it's a family owned and operated hotel. Staff were nice and attentive. We had some laundry done - quick turn around but a few stains remained. Breakfast was delicious but funny exchange in that you can get coffee or juice, but not both.

Good points: 1. Well-designed hotel: Greenery, relaxing and chill. 2. Get a well-maintained pool 3. The room is spacious with a tiny kitchen and a nice balcony. 4. Service: Extremely friendly and helpful. 5. Location: Though not located in the city centre, many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around. 6. Budget price. Bad points: 1. Location: Near to the beach but not the main entrance. 3KM from the city centre. 2. A dead body of a small Cockroach was found on the floor after 1 night of sleep.
