Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a lovely location.They could improve making sure there are less bugs inside the villa, making sure the power sockets can keep a plug in, and heating the pool temperature (private and public) to not be ice-age levels of cold

We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed

On this trip to Vietnam, we chose Premier Village DaNang resort for our five-day-four-night stay. This resort is very large and clean. The vacation villa I selected has two floors with a private pool and direct access to the beach, so in the morning, I can go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient. The staff here are also very enthusiastic, helpful, and can communicate in English without any problems. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing local cuisine to us. Because the place is so big, we have to use a Buggy car every time we go in and out. Their attentiveness and politeness are very heartwarming! I'm really happy that we chose this resort this time, and if I have the chance, I will come again. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful journey. Awesome!!

I booked 3 nights, and the advantage is that it is a private villa with a private pool, so it is very quiet.
It was my first time at a Danang pool villa, and it was very inconvenient to move around by buggy every time.
The room condition is a bit old, so the air conditioner in the bedroom on the second floor was really like a tank, so I turned it off and slept. It is big. I couldn't use the in-villa BBQ because it was fully booked, but I recommend making a reservation by email or something before departure.
There are many things that make it difficult to see it as a 5-star service, such as buggy service, ordering errors at Nautica Beach, etc., so I can't recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family trip. We used the minibar once for free as a special benefit for multiple nights, and it was enough for 5 people for 3 nights.
The main pool of the Nautica Beach Club is close to the beach, and there are many drinks and food, so I stamped my email attendance stamp even though it was a pool villa.
The breakfast options are not many, but the quality was better than Vinpearl.
The city is right in front, so I didn't have to worry about food, and the location was great because it was close to Park Mi-an Market and Lotte Mart.
Finally, when you are assigned a room, a manager is assigned, so you can ask questions and request services. Be sure to request a dehumidifier and use it.
