O hotel é muito aconchegante, limpinho e confortável. Todos os dias limparam nosso quarto e deixaram tudo organizado para nosso retorno. Quando saíamos muito cedo, eles faziam lancheirinha pra gente levar e não ficar sem o café da manhã. O hotel não é muito perto do centro, tem que pegar Uber ou táxi para ir. Mas isso não atrapalhou em nada nossa experiência.

The shower doesn't get hot, there's no heater, the breakfast is bad, the towels are old and torn. I stayed out for one night and when I came back there was a shampoo in the bathroom that wasn't mine, so someone had used the room with my bags still there. The TV is only local, and it's always noisy. It's far from the Plaza de Armas. The bathroom ceiling is moldy.

Lo bueno es la amabilidad del personal y camas cómodas. Lo malo NO tiene calefacción, sólo pasan un calefactor pequeño por 2 horas que no servía de mucho, las toallas son muy pequeñas y ásperas, queda lejos del centro y desayuno muy básico (poca cantidad y variedad). La habitacion estuvo muy comoda, todo limpio y ordernado, excelente iluminacion y espectacular vista, es muy silencioso y calmado a su alrededor. El personal que trabaja son muy atentos, tuvimos problemas con el mal de altura y nos dieron consejos para aliviar nuestro malestar. En todo momento habia personal que pudiese atendernos.

Somos familia de tres, nos acomodamos muy bien, nos apoyaron para planificar los recorridos de Montaña 7 colores, Machu Pichu y Valle sagrado. Para el frio nos prestaron calentador portátil. Es un hotel familiar limpio y seguro, con la comodidad de poder comprar allí mismo, cosas básicas que requieras. Se camina con tranquilidad hasta el centro-Plaza de Armas (15-20 minutos), está ubicado en sector residencial, pero cerca a restaurantes, almacenes, farmacias. Son receptivos a las sugerencias y te facilitan mucho la estancia en este lugar que reune las condiciones para desansar en tu pasantía por Cusco
