Terrible experiencia. Nos quedamos inicialmente una noche y la habitación era helada, los cobertores de las camas estaban sucios, no había agua caliente, por lo que nos tocó bañarnos a las 4 am con agua helada, no había wifi tampoco en la habitación. El cuarto de mi cuñado tenía la puerta dañada y no podías cerrar desde afuera, tocaba cerrar y salirte por la ventana. Al día siguiente dejamos unas cosas y nos fuimos a Machu picchu, volvimos 2 días después, no tenían ningún cuarto listo, y seguían sin agua caliente y el wifi no servía ni en recepción, por lo que decidimos cambiar de hotel. No lo recomiendo nada

Nous avions réservé une chambre double matrimoniale supérieure pour plusieurs jours plus d'un mois a l’avance. Quand nous arrivons, on nous donne une chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec ce que l'on avait réservé sans rien nous dire. Nous demandons et apprenons finalement que notre chambre initiale a subit un dégât des eaux et ne peut être loué, personne ne nous avait prévenu à l’avance malgré des echanges avec eux en amont sur notre arrivee et surtout l’hôtel comptait nous faire payer le même prix pour une chambre bien moins bien ! Nous avons du trouver un autre hôtel à la dernière minute, c'est vraiment inadmissible !

The perfect stay!
The room had an amazing view of Cusco! It was also so comfortable and nicely decorated.
Julia (owner? Manager? ) was incredible. So friendly, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and that our room was taken care of. She even hand delivered eggs, bread, cheese and avocado every night so we could make breakfast in the morning.
I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Jacuzzi and views, top pick
Everything really lovely, loved the small Cafe/restaurant on site. Try the cuy/ceviche.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación ya que es tranquilo y silencioso, para descansar y relajarse. Está a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza mayor y hay muchas tienditas y restaurantes al rededor. La señora Julia siempre fue muy atenta y amable. Nos encantaría regresar.

This was a sweet and charming place to stay. Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very good as well. We would definitely go back to this place again and I would recommend it to a friend.
