Faltou boa-fé da empresa, pois, pelo aplicativo da Trip reservei um quarto de solteiro, porém com cama de casal.
Todavia, o hotel me forneceu quarto com cama de solteiro, mesmo eu comprovando que havia reservado quarto com cama de casal.
Diante disso, por várias vezes tentei contato com a Trip, mas, ao que me parece, o telefone disponibilizado pelo aplicativo foi feito para não atender ligações.
Ao final da minha estada, o hotel se recusou a me fornecer notas fiscais da hospedagem.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto com frigobar, TV e ar condicionado funcionando normalmente. Café da manhã simples, mas atende bem o proposito. Limpeza do quarto, principalmente o banheiro deve melhorar, inclusive exala forte odor de esgoto do ralo.
