The reception only said that if I wanted I had to wait for the manager to make a complaint. Inadmissible in pandemic times the hotel had no cleaning at least reasonable. Breakfast had to be asking for replacing. The garage is far from the hotel and the manufacturers bring the vehicle and sweat the whole interior with dirt that looks like construction.

I spent 1 week at the hotel at work. The hotel is reasonable, the rooms seem old, mainly in the bathroom lack maintenance. The shower was wet all except those who took bath, well disregulated, had no way to take bath or wash their hair. The hotel was cleaning and the hotel was good, but the breakfast was excellent, but every day I passed there was the same thing, should change. The outside noise was great, almost all night heard cars and motorcycles running because the hotel is in a mega-avenue moving. The inner noise tbm was bothered, I don't know whether guests or staff were. I don't know if I would be home again!

The hotel was very good, breakfast was served with a 3-heart coffee machine ! Clean room, quiet place.

It is a pity that a hotel so well known in Cuiabá has failed to provide services, with information unconscious by the staff and a lack of respect in solving problems. All this could be avoided with a clearer and more organised check-in process. I check in at Hotel Taiaman on day 22/08/24 and, during the information and filling process of my stay, I was never informed that the hotel's parking was paid. This unpleasant discovery happened only today, at the end of my check-out, when I was surprised with a fee of R$80,00 for the four days I was there. In the face of this, I asked to speak to the manager to express my indignation for the lack of clarity in the information. When he arrived, he claimed that it was written on a plate – a small plate, placed on a table that is not visible. I explained that I would not pay for something that was not clearly reported, and, for my surprise, the manager simply gave me the back and went out. I do not know whether this is the proper position of a manager to resolve conflicts, but I admit that I was extremely annoyed with such a attitude. What is missing is a clear communication to avoid such constraints.

A localização é boa, apesar de não ter muito transporte público no entorno. O quarto tinha problema de infiltração na parede onde ficam a janela e o ar condicionado. O banheiro tem problema na vazão de água: abre-se muito o registro para abrir o chuveiro e a quantidade de água não é condizente com o tanto que se abre. O café da manhã é bom e o horário dele também.

The hotel has super friendly and educated staff, and this is its greatest point. Breakfast is varied and wifi works well. In the room everything was clean at the two times I hosted. However, it makes all of the other rooms to hear from the inside (I picked up poorly educated and noisy neighbors). The shower was good and the air conditioning was also (but it is not split, so it makes a little noise). Ah, and they leave ice tea with cheese bread available in the lobby, after 17:30h. As a suggestion, I may suggest to switch some of the towels, because one of them had a small feature, and also put a safe in the rooms. And, if possible, modernize the interior of the rooms.
