Excellent location and service. The facilities could not be better, as well as cleaning.

Some points deserve improvement, such as updating the facilities and pay attention to the details that make the difference, but with regard to the price is ok.

The service was very good, but the facilities are not consistent with a 3-star hotel, old air conditioning, no minibar, plastic curtains in the bathroom, old sink, bad toilet, no hairdryer, no bath utensils, just soap, not even a face towel was provided.

Os preços pela Trip é bem mais barato que a tarifa de balcão ou pelo próprio site do hotel, única coisa é que parece que a galera do hotel não lê as observações feitas no ato da reserva pela Trip solicitei algumas coisas como apt próximo ao elevador devido minha esposa ser pcd e não colocaram, no ato do Check in a atendente me disse que eram 2 pessoas e estava bem claro que eram 2 adultos e 2 crianças uma de 4 anos e a outra de 4 meses. Tipo fiquei meio perdido pq é se eu chego muito tarde para o checkin e não tem apto com 2 camas disponível achei algumas coisas meio falhas, no mais foi tudo perfeito
