La señora Cristina que nos atendió en grupo porque viajamos por un torneo de futbol con algunas categorías nos atendió recontra que mal una señora muy informal en su trabajo no recomendó ni el hotel que no es serio porque nos movió la reserva en otro hotel y ni la señora que me colgó el teléfono en la cara!!

Wat een slecht hotel! We werden gelokt door de leuke promotie, zwembad en ruime kamers ... niets is minder waar!!! We sliepen met 3 in een veel te kleine kamer, het zwembad was vies, de jaccuzi was leeg, de rooftopbar was een bouwwerk, ontbijt was gewoon slecht. De dame aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk. Nunca mas !!!!

El servicio del hotel es de pésima calidad, la habitación sucia, las toallas curtidas, el baño sucio y en mal estado, el personal de media calidad desinformado de las actividades turísticas de la zona, nos enviaron a lugares mal preparados y no pudimos hacer nada en ese sentido, en general el hotel está descuidado con humedad y zonas con pintura despegadas

La peor experiencia que tuve, la fachada del hotel hace creer que es un hotel confortable, pero la verdad es otra. Las habitaciones son diferentes a las fotos, las toallas sucias, hay demasiado ruido, justo había un grupo de estudiantes que corría y al ser el piso de madera se escuchaba muy fuerte, no es apto para el descanso. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
