The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The location was good for visiting Crystal River. The breakfast was slightly below average.

The hotel staff is the BEST. They are extremely helpful in so many ways and also very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is tasty and fresh everyday. Everything about this hotel is accommodating. Parking is good, the pool is clean, beds are comfortable. They also have new televisions. Trish, Sheri, Sarim and Jeff are so hospitable, they make the hotel a very comfortable and luxurious place to stay. You will not be disappointed about anything at this hotel.

The hotel is over priced for what you get. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Rooms not really clean, shower had mold. They need a renovation. They don't really care about Hilton Honors. Just another hotel that cuts back and trys to keep Hampton/Hilton banner while doing little to keep up quality. Not worth the money. This is not the fault of local workers but owner.

This is nice clean hotel with plenty of free parking. Breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. Sheri at the front desk was quite helpful and friendly. We stayed one night and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will stay there again.

Just a great typical stay and would expect in Hampton. Staff was amazing room was clean big selection of food always plentiful especially the waffles clean like I said just what I would expect from Hampton Inn.. staff was extremely helpful with our stay.. no issues just very helpful.

Very clean updated hotel. Quiet and in a good location, but not at a premium price. Close to great water, activities and restaurants. Very nice complementary breakfast in the morning beds were large and comfortable and showers and bathrooms were all nicely accommodated.

Het is een typisch doorreis hotel met het nodige comfort. Niet zozeer ons ding maar wel OK. Niets aan te merken op de kamer, het bed is goed, de inrichting ook, er is koffie en thee op de kamer, aan de receptie kan je ook à volonté koffie en thee krijgen. Het ontbijt is voldoende, ze hebben voor ieder wat wils, er is ook vers fruit, alleen spijtig dat je geen verse kaas/vlees krijgt en alle beleg en toebehoren zijn in pottekes.

For the second time, this Hampton at Crystal River FL offers no hand/body lotion. That may seem minor, but every other Hampton I’ve ever stayed in provides lotion, even after the switch from individual bottles to the large pump jars. I am staying at the Hampton in Dublin GA tonight and there are pumps for both lotion and hand soap at the sink. The Crystal River Inn may think we won’t notice or care about such a minor omission, but it’s a symbol of slipping standards and we DO notice AND care. For the prices we pay to stay at Hampton Inns, we are justified in expecting top quality and uniformity between their outlets. I will never stay at the one in Crystal River again. There are plenty of options and even if my next choice also skips the lotion, it won’t cost me as much. And I don’t seem to be the only one to notice. Their parking lot, both last evening and this morning, was only half full.

Lovely, well kept, and super clean. This is an outstanding Hampton Inn. We ended up here out of necessity after leaving Plantation on Crystal River. Such a better experience. Cost for a suite was less than our double bed room over there. Staff was friendly and helpful, all areas are neat and tidy. Room itself was spotless!!! Comfortable beds, spacious layout. Great property!
