A piece of paradise on a DEEP WATER CANAL right off of the beautiful Crystal River. Bring all of your Water Toys! Park your boat on the boat dock with 50 foot of water frontage. Parking for 1 trailer. Fort Island Park Boat Ramp is close by. Grill some lunch up on our gas grill( propane provided). Enjoy your dinner on the screen lanai. Blend some drinks, and don't worry about the ice, we have you covered with your own ice machine! Play a game of cards(indoor and outdoor games available) or just kick back and enjoy a good book. Boat or go by vehicle to one of our many Waterfront Restaurants and Tiki Bars. There is an abundance of local wildlife that frequents our canal. Manatees, Dolphin, Otters, Tarpon, Bald Eagles, and Blue Heron just to name a few. Take one of our kayaks to the opening of the canal or drive out to Fort Island Beach and watch the most beautiful Sunsets! For the adventuresome, take a kayak ride to one of the many nearby Crystal-Clear Blue Springs and cool of with water temperatures of 72 degrees year-round. Swim, Snorkel, or Scuba with the MANATEES at Three Sisters Springs, King Springs, or Hunter Springs. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 15 minutes by boat. Head left out of our canal and enjoy off-shore fishing (Grouper, Red Snapper, etc.) or Scalloping with clearly marked channels that take you right to the Gulf of Mexico. Catch Snook, Bass, Tarpon, Mangrove snapper, and more in the river and right off of our dock. There are many walking/hiking trails in the area. Redfish Hole is a 1.4 mile nature trail. Only a half mile away. Bring your fishing pole and catch a Redfish. Walk or you could use one of our bikes to get you there. Outside we have Kayaks and Bikes for you to use. The house is Fully furnished. The master bedroom offers a Queen bed, TV, Extra Sheets, Pillows, & Alarm Clock. The 2nd bedroom offers a Full bed, TV, Extra Sheets, & Pillows. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 Twin beds, TV, Extra Sheets, & Pillows. Fully stocked Kitchen. Refrigerator with ice maker, Stove/Range, Microwave, Keurig, and Drip Coffee Pot with ground coffee and pods, Blender, Crockpot, Rice Cooker, and Toaster. Home includes 2 10-foot Kayaks w/ life jackets, Outdoor propane Grill(propane provided), Indoor & Outdoor Games, Washer & Dryer, and Basic Soaps.
