Me and my family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience staying here.

The staff here were very friendly, but it's clear that with low visitor numbers the hotel is not making enough profit to afford a refurbishment. It's near the station, but is not on the noisy Nantwich Road, so it's quiet (apart from the cockerel that crows from dawn till dusk! It was as clean as you can get a tired hotel. No problems there. Again, staff cope well with a rather dated environment.

Friendly welcoming staff but absolutely needs a complete overhaul. 40 years out of date. Room small & cramped, felt claustrophobic; tiny window to let the air in Uncomfortable bed, stains all over the carpet, smelt of old socks in the room too. Shower very old & yellowed & detaching from wall. Furniture so old & dated Didn't have breakfast so can't comment Suffice to say never again!

My bedside light wasn't working, so I made staff know.
I have been there before ,it's very handy for train station which is why I visit Crewe.

Brilliant
Brilliant Location. A very warm welcome from all of the staff. It is a real home from home. Relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back

Closer to the station than the centre of Crewe, this hotel meets basic needs. You pay for what you get. The staff were great
