Avis très mitigé sur cet établissement.
Réservation une semaine avant sur Trip.com pour la nuit du 31 janvier au 1er février 2025.
Lors du check-in j'explique que le plafond de ma CB est atteint et que les 50€ de caution seront compliqués à prendre.
Sur le mail de confirmation de Trip.com il est stipulé que cette caution peut être réglée en espèces ou en CB.
Mais les dames de l'accueil refusent la caution en espèces et exigent la CB, en dépit du mail que je leur montre stipulant cette information de Trip.com.
Elles m'expliquent qu'elle ne me remettront pas les clés de la chambre tant qu'elles n'auront pas de CB pour prendre la caution.
J'étais à 2 doigts de partir ( sans remboursement de la chambre je suppose ? ) quand mon amie est arrivée et a accepté de donner sa carte pour la caution.
Ce manque de souplesse m'a choqué.
Un responsable, entendant que le ton montait, a partiellement rattrapé le coup 30 secondes plus tard en s'excusant et en nous surclassant (vue plus sympa).
On nous explique dans la foulée que le restaurant est fermé tout le week-end, ce qui nous contrarie car nous avions justement choisi cet établissement en partie pour les bonnes notes du restaurant et surtout le service en chambre (mon amie a un souci de santé et a du mal à se déplacer).
J'explique que sur Google Maps le restaurant est indiqué ouvert 7j/7 et H24, mais on me rétorque que l'information de fermeture du restaurant est indiquée sur le site de l'hôtel.
Il est vrai que Maps est très peu utilisé et consulté, donc des infos non mises à jour ne sont pas très impactantes ...
Bref, si l'on ajoute un chauffage pas très performant (soufflant du froid même en mode chaud), de l'eau chaude sanitaire plutôt tiède et une couette d'été pour dormir en hiver (sans couverture dans l'armoire, cela va de soi), vous aurez compris que notre séjour dans cet hôtel n'a pas été fantastique et que nous ne le recommandons pas, en dépit de la bonne volonté d'un des responsables et du veilleur de nuit.
