Do not stay at this hotel. First off the room is not clean, and the mattress needs to be replaced. The mattress was in a U shape and extremely uncomfortable. Anytime we approach the front desk we were looked at like we were bothering them. On the second night I was walking out of the bathroom and the AC cover fell and hit me on top of my head resulting in an injury. We reported it immediately to management that night, no injury report was made or even an apology. Due to this reason, we decided to cut our stay short and switch hotels. Upon check out, I was instructed to sign a form staying our departure was in no way fault of the resort. I refused and wrote what actually happened. No refund for the nights we didn’t stay have been credited back to my card. If you are thinking about staying here, please look elsewhere. You will be thankful you did.

Good hotel but something to review.. the food is not great

Be very careful, it is the worst hotel in Cozumel The worst vacation of my life. Horrible food horrible drinks. The day you arrive you can't make a reservation for the only nice restaurant because you have to make reservations before 12 and check-in is at 3. The next day I got to the restaurant, well, 45 minutes in the restaurant and no one approached me to see if I wanted something to drink. I call Captain Jaime and I tell him and he tells me I already came and he didn't even bring me anything or offer me anything to drink... an hour or a quarter later they brought me meat that I wouldn't even give it to my dog... no make the same mistake as me in booking this hotel !!!!!!!!! From the first day we arrived there were dirty socks hanging in the bathroom. The manager was notified and until the day we did not go there are still the socks
