Premier Inn Coventry (Binley/A46)

Would highly recommend staying here bed was so comfy room very clean reception staff so friendly especially Simon and liza. Breakfast was amazing the chef anna her eggs are amazing and rose and sarah so friendly always checking guest are ok would definitely stay again

Having arrived very late in the evening the friendly greeting on arrival was well received, our problems were sorted efficiently without any issues.

The room air conditioning doesn’t work, we were a party of four and every room was 23-24C, the entire hotel was incredibly warm. Difficult to get a good nights sleep. The hotel know this and just puts a noisy fan in every room.

The hotel staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and felt safe. The twin room had two proper beds in, rather than one of us on the sofa bed, so we were very pleased! Breakfast was small, but tasty, no eggs but maybe we had to ask for them?!

You book a premier Inn as you know what you are gonna get. And true to that. Great parking. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Though here no air con and the room was so stuffy you couldn’t sleep. A fan provided and that only blows the air that is 2 inches in front of it. Don’t benefit at all. Worst two nights sleep I’ve had in a premier inn. Breakfast was nice and hot though you need to ask for eggs to be freshly cooked.

Lovely staff make the hotel. Stayed a few times July/August when working locally. Big spacious rooms and a good pub nearby in the Crocked Hat. Breakfast is superb well stocked and eggs cooked to order by the fabulous Anna who is always smiling and a breath of fresh air when you get up. Jackie, Caroline and Rose are all lonely people who make you feel so welcome. A the reception staff are so helpful Premier Inn executives should visitors this hotel for the benchmark or customer relations..

Overall very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Welcoming staff and generally a nice experience. However, the room we had was very hot and little is done to remedy this. We had to request a second fan for our second night, which only moved the hot air around. The window barely opened and what little air came in was cut in half by the ridiculous sliding glass safety panel.

We arrived late in the evening with two children asleep. The two guys on the front desk were brilliant - they offered to help with luggage and held open the doors for us as we came through carrying our children - a real credit to Premier Inn. The rooms themselves are what you would expect from a Premier Inn, good size and this one was a little dated, but good enough for a one night stop on our way further north. I'd recommend it. The restaurant was closed, so the staff put on a little trolley of breakfast food items in reception and the lady refilling this was very kind to our children. Overall it was the staff that made our short trip here a lovely experience. I hope they are recognised for their excellent customer service.
