Most outstanding service I have ever received hands down. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. The rooms were constantly kept fresh and the driver was always available to take us anywhere we needed to go quickly. I highly recommend staying at this facility if you visit courchevel.

We have travelled all over the World and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel is furnished to an extremely high standard, and the staff are all friendly and extremely attentive. The ski in/out boot room is a huge plus too! I have booked for next year!

We had an excellent time at Lys Martagon. The team was lovely, everyone single person super polite, friendly and always thinking ahead. The concierge was perfectly organized, I loved our room with the beautiful view and I don’t have any complaints about the food. The dining room is a wonderful space with huge windows showing the mountain panorama. My husband and I will be back for sure.

I cannot even express the beauty and ambience of this boutique hotel. From the moment you enter the door you can tell there was not a detail untouched. From the design and decorations to the coziness of the place, you can call this your home away from home. Seriously, only 7 rooms, it does feel like one big home! And the pool....wait until you see it! I loved our room #4 as it had a fireplace that was both in the bedroom and bathroom so you could take a cozy bath and watch the fire or snuggle in bed with a pop up tv. I loved the service the most! I called for coffee and it was at the door in less than 3 min! The concierge staff didn't miss a beat, and I want to especially thank Samuel for coordinating the most amazing wedding for us! Every night we had dinner reservations, even at the hottest and hardest places to get into and we always had the best seat in the house. The team can coordinate everything for you from transfers, to private ski lessons, helicopter rides, to private flights. We didn't need to worry about a thing and only focus on having the time of our lives. I have to say it was hard to leave this place. I really felt at home. All of the staff know you by name and even the housekeeping couldn't wait to congratulate us on our marriage. We also loved that it was so small that you were able to get to know the other guests, which all come from interesting places in this world. I would give this a 5+ star rating and call it the ultimate luxury retreat in the French Alps. We will be back for sure!

Superbe moment en famille dans ce cocon qui est le lys martagon Un accueil d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, un presque chez soi Des cocktails tops Et la suite au restaurant, et bien ce fut génial Un jeune chef passionné, à découvrir absolument Aucune fausse note Un moment juste parfait Et les serveurs hyper gentils On attend la marche pour la cueillette des plantes cet été avec impatience N’hésitez pas à pousser les portes de cet écrin Nous reviendrons Ps : une adresse encore confidentielle qui deviendra vite incontournable

The personalized and bend-over-backward hospitality of the attendants was superb!! The property is exquisite and intimate. Furthermore, it boasts an exceptional range of premium services seen at the best, large 5-star properties. Lys Martagon was truly memorable and the perfect home base from which to enjoy all that Courchevel has to offer.

This was really the best stay in Courchevel. Samuel, the concierge organized everything and our experience was truly perfect. The suite was beautiful like all the hotel facilities and the spa treatments were also excellent. We can't wait to go back!

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel dans cet hotel intimiste, qui a ouvert il y a quelques semaines. L’établissement est tout neuf , et rien n’a été laissé au hasard : c est un véritable écrin de luxe La chambre est décorée et pensée dans les moindres détails : les équipements de dernières technologie , les matériaux utilisés d une qualité incroyable.. et le must avec les effigies de l hôtel sur tout ou presque tout dans la chambre. Sans parler du spa qui est un petit bijou , le ski room qui nous accueille pour se rendre ski au pied sur les pistes , ou la salle de restaurant avec son immense baie vitrée qui nous projette dans les montagnes. Nous avons été chouchouté durant tout notre séjour par une équipe exceptionnelles et des attentions personnalisées. Une mention spéciale pour Alexis , Stéphane et Samuel qui ont fait de notre séjour un véritable bonheur . On reviendra très vite !!!

Un lieu exceptionnel dans Courchevel 1850. Le personnel est au petit soin, les suites sont sublimes offrant une vue sur les montagnes. Le SPA Olivier Claire et l’espace bien-être sont incroyables!!
