Room service could be improved (horrible club sandwich, menu from midnight to 7:00 a.m. needs to be reviewed)
Not enough shuttles (long wait). Very friendly staff, but an additional shuttle would be nice.
Be careful with the dog sledding (rude manager). A reservation for two sleds was moved from the 10th to the 13th (dog problem...). Then on the 13th, we arrived a few minutes late (waiting for the shuttle). The manager refused to even give us one sled out of two. He told me to see the manager. I asked who it was, and he replied rudely. Don't take the dog sledding tour. SCAM.

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel de luxe à Courchevel et tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le service est irréprochable : le personnel est attentionné, discret et toujours disponible. La chambre était spacieuse, élégamment décorée et offrait une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Le spa est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se détendre après une journée sur les pistes. Quant à la restauration, chaque repas a été un vrai moment de plaisir, avec une cuisine raffinée et des produits locaux de grande qualité. L'emplacement de l’hôtel est unique, en plein cœur des pistes : on chausse les skis directement en sortant, un luxe absolu pour les amateurs de glisse ! Mention spéciale à l'équipe du SkiRoom pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. C’est sans hésiter que je recommande cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant vivre une expérience inoubliable à Courchevel.

L’emplacement est parfait, avec un accès direct aux pistes ski in ski out boutique Bernard Orcel au top ce qui est un vrai luxe. Le personnel a été aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, bien décorées, et offrent une vue magnifique sur la montagne. Malgré la fin de saison, tout était impeccable : service, restauration, spa… Un vrai cocon de détente après le ski. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, très complet et savoureux. La terrasse et incroyable le soleil arrive jusqu en fin de soirée Une très belle adresse à Courchevel que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
