Parfait !! Un hôtel fabuleux dans lequel on se sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est disponible et très à l'écoute. Les chambres sont belles et silencieuses. La literie est confortable. Et les salles de bain sont bien équipées et très propres. nous avons mangé aux restaurants "Rendez-vous" et "La Fermà", c'était très bon et très copieux. Mention ++++ pour le petit déjeuner, un bonheur ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

We had a pleasant experience at the hotel however, there were a few instances where we believe improvements could have been made to enhance our stay.
1. Upon check-in, we were not provided with a tour of the hotel and its amenities and so we were unaware of the complimentary breakfast.
2. We had requested to ski on four days however, the concierge incorrectly charged us for 5 days. The hotel failed to offer any compensation or alternative solution, leading to a substantial charge.
3. Unfortunately, we inadvertently lost our key due to an error on our part. The previous guest had also lost their key, and the hotel did not have a spare. Consequently, we were forced to pay for the lock change. Most hotels provide key cards, and if that was the only key available, we would have appreciated prior notification.
In total, we accrued charges that could have been avoided if not for the miscommunication that occurred during our stay.

Used to stay in this hotel when i was a child and decided to go to Courchevel 20 years later and stay to the same hotel !! Best experience!! The hotel makes you feel like home!! Lovely rooms with amazing view! Bathrooms and rooms were equipped with everything you need. Every night we had a little gift in the room. Cleaning service came 2 times per day the room was so clean. Staff were so polite made you feel so welcome. Shuttle service was top as they go to the center every 15-30'. Everyone looked after us and made our stay wonderful. Room service especially breakfast was so fast and breakfast options were amazing i would take something different everyday! Staff in the ski room were super polite and helped with the ski boots and everything. The bar had amazing drinks. Fondue restaurant had the best fondue i've ever had. Thank you for such an amazing stay! Will be back!!

Exceptional experience with a truly world class 5 star hotel! The ski in /ski out is as it should be, magical!!!! Hugo was superb. The hire shop provided the best of Skis with no compromise. The spa facilities were, beautiful, felt luxurious and perfect for Apres Ski!! The service and food were on point. The location, views and layout were magical. The shuttle service to the croisette is perfect. Back next year for sure!!!

An absolutely catastrophic experience. An arrival with sickening smells of chlorine. A bread roll that looks like a primary school canteen, considerably removed from the standard of a 4 star hotel in Courchevel. Also, terrible dishes. The artichoke dish with pieces of fat, without an ounce of foie gras. Desserts that are dry and served burnt. All this for a measly 15% discount! Unacceptable and simply abominable. This establishment in no way deserves its 4 stars, for incredible prices. To avoid
