We go every year and it is literally our favorite hotel in the world. Evertything is perfect Highlights: - Amazing slope side location with excellent ski concierge - Elegant hotel that manages to be super cozy at the same time - Food is incredible in all restaurants and for all meals Not a place for people that are price sensitive because EVERYTHING is super expensive.

Le personnel est très bien Bon service Plats très chers Tout est en supplément : la sole a 80€, une purée 22€ (très très petite) une salade 18€ (2 grosses feuilles de salade pas coupées …), poêlée de légumes de saison 22€ (toute petit poêle avec carotte et pomme de terre (les légumes les moins chers!!). Ambiance jet set Les clients sont mal élevés La richesse ne justifient pas tout

On a mangez au restaurant de l Hotels , vide , il avait 7 couverts, ambiance très froid ....nourriture pas bonne, sans goute , sans sens , la carte au contraire on commence du dessert...........la table a côté mangez de la tartiflette et l'odeur était dans tout le restaurant ....terrine foie vielle, crudo de bar sans goût ..... A éviter

We ate at the hotel restaurant (not starred), the food is really not good, Susan's sense meat concept, sad atmosphere (6 seats), the menu makes no sense, we start with desserts????????? What a disappointment this restaurant! But does the management see that or not? Good question…….

I tried again Cheval Blanc… I have to say that I am now certain that this hotel chain is really not my style… I mean, LVMH is known for the marketing and story telling… but I don’t see the point when story telling over take the meal itself… I was at this restaurant where decorations are in an empty taste. I don’t feel this courchevel vibe that we look for when we are at a ski station… The wine list is a bit vanilla… or you’ll have to choose from LVMH’s wine book… which I personally am against… I’ll admit that for a client when a group is as HUGE as LVMH, I’d like to see the group support like small wine producers, something niche, pétillante.. The food was okish, lack of flavour, to be honest….. waiters are rather nice. But ambiance a bit sad.. In all, vanilla, commercial, lack of both taste and flavour. I don’t know who the chef is but I highly hope it is not the same as the Michelin restaurant one. One thing that went as expected was the check at the end, expensive and heartbreaking. I was again disappointed by cheval blanc…. No way I’ll try a third time…

We go yearly to Courchevel to ski and I must maintain that the Cheval Blanc is the epitome of Courchevel luxury hotels. The little touches from the second you book haven't been overlooked. We stayed with our children over Easter break and they were provided little slippers, robes and a treat upon checkin. The easter display was magnificent and the food was otherworldly at the restaurant. Ski equipment and the fact that we could ski in and ski out makes this lovely hotel a must stay in Courchevel.
