Cuisine excellente mais accueil déplorable pour ce type d’hôtel c’est inadmissible. On vous assure pouvoir déjeuner avec le menu restaurant sur la terrasse snack (fauteuils plus confortables) et une fois installés la « super » chef qui s’affiche comme telle veut te déplacer tout le monde car au snack on mange le menu snack. Pour 250€ à deux pour entrée et plat… le service pourrait s’adapter…

Wonderful Japanese-like design, high level materials, very clean. Beautiful rooms. Superb service. Ski room service like no other. Real ski-in ski-out. Easy access at a walking distance from the town's main street.

Since they deleted my review, I will do it again. I didn't know that Aman Le Melezin was owned by DICTATOR. I was there with my other half. One day, we had sole friends staying at another hotel visiting us at the bar. To our surprise, the chief of concierge, Erelle, I believe was her name. talked rudely to my guests. I clearly don't understand her snobbish attitude. She's already not friendly and always seems very unhappy as we owe her millions of dollars, now she's rude to external clients ? I would reconsider my carrer path if I were her, tbh. We are absolutely shocked to our core by this negativity that is so unnecessary.

I was there with my other half. One day we had some friends staying at another hotel visiting us at the bar. To our surprise, the chef of concierge, i believe a French lady, talked rudely to my guests. I clearly don't understand her snobbish attitude. She's not smiley not friendly already now she is snobbish and rude to external clients who are our guests? We are absolutely shocked to our core this experience.

Disappointing Hotel, we are shocked about the chef concierge, not at all professional, she never never smiled….why she does this job??????? The restaurant was a really disaster, the food was sweet, the sushi’s not fresh at all……Aman ?????is not à Aman !!!!!! Sad very sad place!!!

Simply fantastic! A family holiday with 2 kids 9 and 5yrs. We were made to feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The service was excellent in every way. The ski butlers were very kind and extremely knowledgeable, the kids club was so good that the kids wanted to go all time time! It is a small kids club but has great staff and activities - I was also told you can use the larger kids club at the sister hotel too but we had no need. There is a good choice of restaurants to choose from as you have both the Aman and the Airelles sister hotel to choose from along with some on the slopes too. The ski in/out was seamless and the rooms were very nice and a great size. We are already booked to come back for the 2023 season!

We came here few times before. Booked 15 days in advance, asked whether it was a special event, and requested a beautiful table. Which we never get. They “cannot promise”. We get called to confirm. Very poor customer service on the phone, no skills, no friendliness. I will have a look haha - no clue about what you are offering No desire to attend to customers needs. . Or to have a drink while we get seated on a better place. This is not a 5* service. The whole staff was hanging out in the middle of the restaurant - managers and team chatting with each other while we were attended. Nobody greeted us .. If you want quality don’t go to this restaurant. No class just a beautiful seating. If you are lucky to get it. Food is too salty,not quality, they say Japanese food????? A joke, is a nightmare, all SALTY ONLY SALT ZERO

I can’t believe this restaurant was in the Aman. We had to send a roll back bc it was so fishy and gross, then had to ask for it to be taken off the check. We didn’t get our last roll, just never came, before we got feed up and asked to cancel it. Average restaurant,,,,,All around I would not waste your time.
