I guess it is ok, in business center, la defense Paris, quiet different

First, when I checked in they gave me an used room! At the reception they couldn’t see the room wasn’t cleaned yet! I’m lucky it wasn’t full ! Second at the front desk during the check out the staff been so rude. Location is not bad but this experience is a disaster!

The staff was very friendly. We booked a room for three days and changed our plans. In order not to trouble us, the staff upgraded us to the same room as before. However, the lighting in the room was a little dim because there was no main light, but it didn't affect us much.
