Response from Property: Dear guest, I am sorry to have left you with a bad experience. Disney Red Shirt Hotel is an exclusive hotel with a quiet forest atmosphere created by Bambi as the main body. It is divided into main building and cabins with different accommodation buildings. During the booking and Checkin check-in process, you can confirm the reservation with the hotel and the booking platform again room location. The main building is the high-rise building where Checkin checks in, with elevators; the cabins are mostly 2-3 storey independent villas scattered in the red shirt forest, which is a feature of the red shirt hotel, but it does not have an elevator. If you have large luggage and stay in a cabin, please go to the main building Conciege to ask our cast members for help, they will be very happy to assist you with your luggage and lead you to your cabin.
