This is a perfect place to stay if you are here on business! There’s never any loud noises at night or random people in the parking lots. It’s a comfy spot and the room was definitely above what I expected! The beds are comfy, they provide new sheets upon request, they don’t pester you with room service, and the staff are all really nice! Breakfast is always ready on time and coffee is always available! Very close to a ton of restaurants and such.

It's a decent enough place for the price. Some shady people around but not too bad. This time did get a room with a door that didn't open properly but didn't waste time complaining about it just let them know in the morning. All in all if you need to save a few bucks it's fine. If you can pay a bit more there's a few other options close by that are worth it

I saw some roaches in the room and on the bed , you paid for what you get!

My wife did not like the room after arrival, and we end up cancelling the reservation. The front desk receptionist, Mit, was very nice and told me not to worry and to talk to Trip.com; he will refund my money. We did get our charges credited after a few days. I would stay there again if I am traveling alone.

Service is nice and good. Just a bit of toiletries that I think they do not have. And it was just a bit scary because my first night someone is trying to open my door from the outside.

I had booked a king suite room for one night for my son, my husband and I. when I walked in I totally thought I had walked into the wrong room. It was dirty. I have a one year old son whom I didn’t let roam free on the floor because there was a bunch of crumbs, a dried up piece of half eaten bread by the tv stand, and just a bunch of trash in the floor. I took pictures as well.

Overall friendly staff and good location to get around Orange County.

They could do better in their customer service. Housekeeping needs to step it up a lot more!! Other than that everything else was okay.

Decent hotel that is dated with basic breakfast. Restaurants are within walking distance. Airport shuttle is no longer provided.

Worst place to stay at would not even recommend to anyone. Bed sheets had blood stains and the bathroom was not cleaned. Let the “manager” know and he was so rude and would not even offer us a different room or anything. Kept the money for the night even though we didn’t stay there

It was ok.

The price/performance ratio is very high, the service is very good. There is a swimming pool and a heated pool in winter.
