The very quiet manor hotel was built in the 15th century. American writer Frances Mayes wrote "Under the Tuscan Sun" here. It was already evening when we arrived at the hotel. I really like this boutique hotel converted from an ancient building. The hotel has everything you need, including a large swimming pool. It is a real treat to sit under the trees and watch the sunset. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the ancient town of Cortona. It is said that the tribe that founded the Roman Empire rose from there. The town is very lively and there are delicious foods everywhere. It is worth a visit.
