We had the most unforgettable experience at Il Falconiere — from the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The property itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail in every corner. You can really feel the care and thought that's gone into creating such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to Daniela at the pool — she was so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Always smiling and attentive, she made relaxing by the pool feel like an experience in itself. The breakfast team was equally amazing. Every morning felt like a treat — the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was flawless. They managed to strike that rare balance of elegance and comfort that makes you feel truly at home while being thoroughly pampered. There’s something about Il Falconiere that’s hard to put into words — it’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience. The staff, the setting, the food, the little details… it all comes together so effortlessly. We can’t wait to return.

Ac didn’t work in the room. Charged me wrong rate at checkout took me half hour of arguing to fix it. Doors to bathroom in room wouldn’t close. Grounds nothing special. Really disappointed.

The hotel itself was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The service stood out as exceptional: staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
We dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant and opted for the Tuscan tasting menu. While the presentation was elegant and the ingredients clearly fresh, the overall experience felt underwhelming. The dishes lacked the complexity, depth, or wow factor one might expect from a Michelin-level experience. Flavors were mild and not particularly memorable — it felt more like a standard fine-dining meal than a standout culinary experience. Service in the restaurant remained attentive and professional, but the food didn’t quite live up to the reputation.

Amazing experience. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant is a must. Staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, although if you stay for a couple of days, it gets a little repetitive. A little far from everywhere and you need to plan your day in advance. You cannot act on a whim go anywhere if you don't have a private vehicle. Also a little expensive. The food for all the meals was amazing.

We visited Baracchi Winery and Il Falconiere for our 15th anniversary. The tour was informative and fun. We then had a tasting with lunch and it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was perfect! We loved all the food and the wine paired perfectly! Next time we would love to stay at the resort.
