The hotel is really nice! The room has an old-style charm but is both classy and very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the center of Cortona. It shares the same entrance as Hotel San Michele, so when searching on Google Maps, look for Hotel San Michele instead of Piccolo. The staff are very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early (around 11 am) without any issues. Storing luggage after checkout was also very smooth.

L’hôtel est propre, bien situé , le déjeuner est bon , l’ambiance agréable. Les employés sont attentionnés et serviables. Je n’ai que de bons mots pour cet établissement. Mon épouse et moi voyageons à bicyclette, La réceptionniste nous aidé à transporter nos bagages, elle était très gentille.
