So, I'm writing this for my brother who visited this hotel recently on an all-inclusive package. Several days after being there, his room was ransacked. Although nothing was taken, his suitcase had been ripped apart. The hotel didn't want to give him a crime number n didn't really want the police involved, but they were. One staff member told him they would replace his case, yet another said they would not. They would also not move him to another room until he insisted. I sent an email on the night of the incident saying that he was a vulnerable person and would require assistance. This email has never been answered. Wifi was poor, his words. Beer was flat, and cocktails were supposed to be included, yet he was asked to pay for some. Food was poor, and at breakfast, the hotel struggled to clear and reset tables. I visited this hotel last year and wrote a review saying that things needed changing - clearly, this hasn't occurred. He booked the hotel when it was a 4 star, but he was contacted by Jet2 to say it had been changed to a 3 star plus. No discount was offered by the hotel or Jet2. Obviously, he will not be going back.
