Clean and nice rooms with comfy bed and good shower. Good selection and food at all-inclusive restaurant, however disappointing at pool bar. The pizza, burgers and toasties at the pool bar are pre-made and just standing there cooling down in a tupperware, which makes them all soggy as well. Further, olives were meant to be included at the bar, but they never had any, although I asked multiple times over multiple days - it wouldn't have been that hard for the staff to do the 1minute walk to the restaurant to get the olives from there. Pool bar music is quite loud all day, which got quite annoying at some point. Further, no iron or board are provided. Asking for it for multiple days at reception, we finally received an iron after waiting for a few days, but they generally do not have / give out ironing boards to go with it.

Great hotel food is good always something for everyone and themed nights also rooms where spotless cleaned everyday and staff very helpful and friendly I would definitely come back but there going to adult only now so for me with kids it’s not possible now we have a fantastic week

Really enjoyed our holiday. Always able to get the sun loungers we wanted. Food and drink was good. Everyone enjoyed the Italian entertainment guy. Ground floor rooms were great. I'd prefer more space in the shade but the rest of the fam liked it. The fuse box in the room mad a weird noise like the door bell going off at random times and ticks.

Arrived at 8.30pm and check in was quick and easy . We were travelling 2 parents and a 17 year old . The room was clean , there was a kettle , tea bags etc and the room was a good size . The main bed was lovely and comfy but the sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable . The hotel is not huge and there are no issues with getting sun beds , you absolutely do not need to be creeping about at stupid o clock laying out towels because there are free beds all day . Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was nice , displayed pleasantly , tasted Pleasant and no sign of any sickness from it . I will say though that a true vegetarian would probably struggle - unless they love chips , pizza , cheese and salad . The location was about 2 miles walk to the main part of Corralejo - which I could manage easily when the sun wasnt blazing down but struggled a bit when it was . There is a water park , crazy golf course in the town centre - you can also get a ferry to lanzarote for the day . The entertainment in the hotel was a little slow - and some advertised things didn’t take place - e.g Mini disco, aqua aerobics . The animation team did try but I think the people who were there ( mostly adults ) just wanted a relaxing break . So my gripe which really negatively impacted my enjoyment of the last couple of days of the holiday was the arrival of a lady who felt her desire to get intoxicated ,and try and make herself the centre of attention was more important than those people just wanting a quiet holiday . She was wearing a halo and angel wings and had bought a whistle with her . She repeatedly kept blowing the whistle as well as yelling across the pool to other holiday makers . This yelling including swearing - she repeatedly told people to get their sh1t together ( and this is supposed to be a family hotel ) . This went on for several hours across our last 2 days to the point I had to leave the pool side - I couldn’t stand her drunken self indulgent behaviour any longer . I was very disappointed that the hotel did not intervene to tell her that her behaviour was not appropriate and to tell her if her behaviour did the improve the hotel would have to take measures to protect the holidays of the other guests

The hotel room was amazing – incredibly spacious, more like a studio than a standard room. The food was tasty with high-quality ingredients, though the variety could be improved. The pools were great – one shallow enough to stand in and the other deeper – but a walk-in pool would be more suitable, especially for older guests who seemed to struggle getting in and out. Daytime entertainment was good, with the rep doing his best with the available resources. There’s a pool table, darts, table tennis, and shuffleboard to keep guests busy. Evening entertainment was less impressive. There’s no mini disco, and while the bar opens at 8 PM and the show starts at 9:30 PM for an hour, after 10:30 it’s just background music. The staff are exceptional. Bar, kitchen, and dining room teams never stop – they truly are a credit to the hotel, working tirelessly across different shifts. The cleaning staff are also fantastic – always friendly and doing a brilliant job.

Third year we've stayed here. Rooms are clean and the foods ok but its the staff throughout that make this place special.
