We loved the hotel, as well as the treatment by the staff, always very attentive. It was only one night but we will return to enjoy it longer.

Clean and nice rooms with comfy bed and good shower.
Good selection and food at all-inclusive restaurant, however disappointing at pool bar. The pizza, burgers and toasties at the pool bar are pre-made and just standing there cooling down in a tupperware, which makes them all soggy as well. Further, olives were meant to be included at the bar, but they never had any, although I asked multiple times over multiple days - it wouldn't have been that hard for the staff to do the 1minute walk to the restaurant to get the olives from there.
Pool bar music is quite loud all day, which got quite annoying at some point.
Further, no iron or board are provided. Asking for it for multiple days at reception, we finally received an iron after waiting for a few days, but they generally do not have / give out ironing boards to go with it.

We had a two week all inclusive stay. Straight from checking in with Alex, we felt at ease. Our room was huge, clean and had the biggest bed I've slept in. It was no more than a 30 yard walk to the pools and the pool bar. The areas were all clean and tidy and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Very polite and courteous. The waiters and waitresses were great. Conchi was lovely and also another girl, who's name i missed. She spoke great English and always had a smile on her face. Stefano was brilliant with the entertainment and he didn't stop from 10am to 11pm, so enthusiastic, even though he accused me of cheating on a quiz lol. The whole place is very chilled and relaxing. The food was good, so much variety, you'll never go hungry. If there was a downside it would be the Salon bar, which needs Air conditioning. We brought a couple of small fans which done the job. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely go back

Not long back from an 11 night stay at this hotel which was highly recommended. Check in was quick and easy. We requested a specific area and we got exactly where we wanted. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always got a taxi for us and it was there within 5 minutes. Rooms are lovely, spacious and spotless, massive comfy bed. Great shower. Don’t take a hairdryer because the one in the room is really good. Food is great, probably the best food I have had at an AI hotel, please don’t stop AI. The drinks are great, self serve, beer, wine and all soft drinks. Pool area very clean, beware the pools are very deep. Absolutely no rush for sunbeds, always some available no matter what time you go down. Location of the hotel is about a 7 minute walk to the small shopping centre and about 20 minutes to the main ***** and music square. You can get a taxi easily back to the hotel for about 5 euros. Entertainment is good. The day time entertainment man is lovely and he will not pester you if you do not want to participate. Evening entertainment is good although towards the end of our stay it was very busy and people could not get seats. Overall this is a lovely hotel and has amazing staff who the manager should be proud off. I would love to return but due to AI being discontinued I won’t return which is such a shame. If you have a late flight home you can book a shower room. We booked it the day we arrived.

The reviews speak volumes. This hotel is clean, the staff are more than great, I spent 14 nights here 9th to the 23rd July and enjoyed every moment of it. After the first of November it will be adults only, but they do have another one not to far that isn't adults only. Would I go again? for sure.

Well what can I say, we stayed here for 11 nights at the beginning of July and had an absolutely amazing time. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean, cleaners in everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The pool area was lovely and never any sunbed wars. The food was soooo good, best ai food I've ever had, with a different theme every evening. It was so good that we only ate out a few times, and that was by choice not necessity. The entertainment team were brilliant and the evening entertainment that they brought in to the hotel was absolutely spot on. Last but not least the staff, every member of staff were so lovely, especially Hannah and Nela who couldn't do enough for us. All in all such a fabulous hotel!

Great hotel food is good always something for everyone and themed nights also rooms where spotless cleaned everyday and staff very helpful and friendly I would definitely come back but there going to adult only now so for me with kids it’s not possible now we have a fantastic week

Second time we’ve been to this hotel, it’s fantastic! The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is beautiful and there is always something to suit everyone. The atmosphere is brilliant. However, we have found out that this hotel is no longer offering all inclusive as of Nov 2025 and we are gutted! It is also changing to adults only which we wouldn’t have minded as we don’t have children and want to relax on holiday anyway so would have loved the adults only. I genuinely think it is a big mistake not offering all inclusive anymore. We love everything about this hotel but sadly won’t be returning because all inclusive will no longer be an option. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel and we love coming here and if it changed to adults only all inclusive, we would have booked to come back already :)

Really enjoyed our holiday. Always able to get the sun loungers we wanted. Food and drink was good. Everyone enjoyed the Italian entertainment guy. Ground floor rooms were great. I'd prefer more space in the shade but the rest of the fam liked it. The fuse box in the room mad a weird noise like the door bell going off at random times and ticks.
