Fuentepark Apartamentos

We stayed here from the 7th to 21st of September through jet2 holidays & it was the worst holiday we have ever had. The place was filthy with a cleaner coming in twice a week "to apparently clean" the bed base was like a torture rack with big bars of wood & rusty staples sticking through it & should have been put in a skip the mattresses were thin, tea towel never changed, cracked razor sharp tiles, ants every where, cobwebs, mold on wall at air con & in bathroom. no large cleaning brush or mop. Then the solid marble at the bathroom sink collapsed minutes after my husband had been standing there. We were then bribed by the hotel rep Michael & told if we signed a waiver saying all our issues had been resolved we could keep the room on for free on departure day "which was declined" I raised a complaint with jet2 & have been offered a £120 voucher which I have also declined. AVOID THIS HOTEL it is a filthy death trap. And the pool had paint all coming off it & was never cleaned either. Thus place is falling to bits & needs closed down & fully refurbished. How jet2 can sell this I don't know!!!!

We chose these apts for the Good location too all the amenities bars and shops,the apartments are very dated but clean I would take your own towels,they are very worn and rough decent size pool but there is 4 lots of stairs down too the pool only one has handrail.

The staff at Fuentepark are so welcoming and professional and are always eager to help. The tiling around the complex especially outside apartments could do with replacing and cleaning but we loved it. The pool is cleaned every day and is nice to swim in

Having just returned after our second trip to Fuentepark we would keep our comments short but sweet. It’s all been said before not wanting to repeat the obvious that Fuentepark is in need of some serious upgrades, that said it suits us just fine as it is. Everything is spotlessly clean and it works. We returned on Wednesday and booked our return the day after we arrived home. Enough said!! Thanks to all the staff we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Just returned from a week here. On arrival the check in was quick and the receptionist was very helpful. The apartment wasn't ready so we had a complimentary drink at the pool bar until it was. On entering the apartment it become immediately apparent that you get what you pay for. A complete refurb is long overdue. The kitchen area would not have been out of place in 1950s UK. Utensils in the kitchen were sparse. Three each of knives, forks, tea spoons, and dessert spoons. So if you needed a dessert spoon for two starters you would need to wash one to have two spoons for a sweet. Only one saucepan. If you do stay here and intend to eat in take a tea towel. The one provided was the size of a postage stamp. The apartment was for two adults but only had one sun lounger! I enquired at reception if there were any more and was told that there was only one per apartment, but if i came back the following day i might be told i can have another one…..amazing lol. The pool area did seem to have plenty of loungers, but it was September. The pool itself was rather tatty. The floor of the pool was flaking away and i did remove a couple of pieces of debris. Not what you need to be doing on holiday. This was a very last minute holiday and we will return to the island, but not here unless it has a complete refurb.
