Playa Park Zensation

The hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite Nice infinity pool on the roof. Food was amazing, there was something different everyday. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Clearer information re Gluten free option process. Whilst it was great to have GF breakfast section. I would suggest a larger gluten free notice for others as did overhear people talking about the toaster and taking gluten free muffins. Apart from some salad no gluten free snack options during snack times. Generally enjoyed the hôtel and evening shows. Thanks to the hôtel for our bottle of bubbly for our birthdays.

Wonderful weeks break. Positives first:-From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, all staff were friendly and helpful. The whole of the hotel was clean. We had a huge room (no 104) with a separate lounge area, and balcony over looking the pool. This was cleaned every day, spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was lovely, and always plenty of choice, the food was cooked beautifully, a big mention of the Pork, never had it cooked so well! Plenty of choice for each meal, breakfasts were amazing. Always plenty of tables free for each meal and the staff were always busy cleaning tables. The pool area was clean and always plenty of sunbeds available, even though some people put their towels on early morning and didn’t use them till later in the day which is just rude. The Al-la-Carte restaurant is well worth a visit and makes a change from the main restaurant. The sports bar was good to extend your evening, kids mini disco, bingo every night. The location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes walk to some shops and 10 minutes walk to the beach, the main shopping area is about 20 minutes walk. The couple of negatives:- the all inclusive was complicated due to being different levels, not sure if the travel agents make it totally clear, so some drinks are not included on all levels, plus the spa and roof top pool not included in everything, but you can pay daily if you want to use them, 15 euros a day to use the spa and pool. The main let down of the holiday was that the pools were not heated, they were freezing which was such a shame. All in all it was a fantastic weeks break and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

March 25- This was my second visit to this hotel. And i will be back next March. . Food excellent, cleanliness excellent. Rooms are fab. Staff are great and it’s hidden gem in my opinion. My daughter and I love this place Thank you once again to the Playa park.

I spent a week here with my husband. Overall a great hotel. Clean, food good. Slightly further from main area than I thought but taxis are nearby and only 3/4 euros. Only problem for us was caused by people taking sunbeds on to their terrace and claiming them for the week, then not always using them. The staff should return them to the main area each night. New people arrive and think it’s okay so do the same.
