We had a great time but not 100% sure I'd return. We arrived the Sunday before half term and I'm glad we did the hotel was lovely and quiet. Very clean and yes rooms a little dated but they were doing maintenance all week to improve things and I think that will really help but it is clean and tidy. Rooms changed every 2 days. We love how eco-friendly fuertventura is so it was nice to see the hotel keeping up with that. Pools were great we all enjoyed them yesterday they're cold but when it's late 20s jump in and cool off. Even my 2 kids were happy to go in. Arcade was fun the reception will change notes into euros. Divine the singer was absolutely insane on the first night and the mini disco was great we didn't stay for any other evening entertainment so can't comment further but divine was amazing. Half term loomed and honestly it kind of ruined the last few days of our holiday. Not the hotels fault but there's not enough sunbeds, space to sit on an evening but people are just so damn rude! People were literally putting towels on sunbeds at 5.30am and going back to bed which isn't on! I know it's hard to manage but we spent the last 2 days out of the hotel at the beach and local acuapark just to escape a little. The food was okay sometimes a bit cold but there is a microwave if in doubt. The fish wasn't always cooked thoroughly either but breakfast was nice, lunch and dinner very similar to standard all inclusive just not as much choice. Id like to have seen a variety at the snack part than a hotdog or burger. Drinks were lovely although Pepsi instead of coke (if you know you know) but gin and tonic was really lovely and whisky and coke. A few times we felt we had drank enough which for all inclusive doesn't normally happen! Overall we had a nice week and enjoyed it. I'm glad we went out of half term. It's a great basic hotel with some fun slides and not too far a walk from anywhere.

Ok, so we booked 9 nights here at the end of May because it was rated highly on trip advisor and because the pool was advertised as being heated. The pros - food was lovely and lots of choice, I'm vegetarian and found lots of tasty food to eat and the restaurant area itself was bright, airy and clean. Location - was 30 mins walk Into Correlajo but we enjoyed the walk and the beaches in the area were lush. Cons- greeted by lots of cockroaches when we first checked in at 10pm 🤢. Asked to move rooms the next morning which was accommodated but still caught a few of the pests hanging about. Rooms- honestly the mirror in our room 234 was so badly corroded you could hardly see your reflection, the shower area leaked water out all over the floor every time you had a shower, the whole vibe was dilapidated. Pools- frrrrrrreeezing, had defo not been heated over winter (prob to save money) and the outside temperature not quite hot enough to compensate for this. Entertainment - mini disco was just a girl dancing in stage for 20 mins. Spent most of the time ensuring toddler didn't fall off the stage which they were encouraged to stand on. Patrons - Riff raff central, family above us just rearranged the furniture until about midnight most nights by the sound of it. Got treated to Jeremy Kyle live one night at about 11pm as a full on family feud errupted in an apartment downstairs. The beaches were lovely, the food was lovely, but I wished I'd spent a little bit more to avoid roaches and riff raff.

Last day today. Came on Tuesday before half term started really glad we did as we could see the hotel quieter. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for them and always with a smile and they work so hard too Food it’s been ok never gone hungry a decent choice too Drinks quite strong and the coffee is good too. Rooms ours was fine plenty of space in it beds comfortable too. Cleaned every second day and clean towels every second day. Pools they are cold lol. But I did manage to get in a few times The issue arose when half term started and the hotel became full. It’s just not set up for full capacity. Not enough room in the entertainment area no where near enough seats in there. Staff having to work even harder. Definitely need more staff now Would I come back. Yes but not in school holidays

We have stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 4, with 1 year old and 7 year old. Our room was dated, bathroom mouldy, the bathroom bassinet was cracked/broken at least on 3 places. We had shower in a family apartment, which was a bit tricky with a little one. Towels were changed every 2 days, but the room was only swept and mopped up once in the 11 days. The coffee making facilities is a kettle and 2 cups. The kitchen isn't contain any other items (pans, cutlery...). Deflated pool floats were laying around the pool for days, with rubbish. However we did find the food very tasty, with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. My daughter loved the mini disco and the slides in the pool. I think the share crate is a really good idea. Beds were comfy and room was quite and spacious. It could be a really good and nice hotel with some TLC

Just returned from an all inclusive Easter holiday week here and we had a great time, we were mindful of the bad reviews but our experience was great and we agree with the other positive comments others have said. We had a lovely balcony room overlooking the main pool, everything was clean and beds and pullout beds for the kids comfy. Great system with the reusable cups being able to use them at the bar throughout the day. Breakfast lunch and dinner all good with lots of choice, for vegetarians too. 30 min walk into town and beach bars and restaurants. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful, can't praise them enough. A really good value, hassle free holiday.
