Excellent facilities and resources for participating in many local activities including cycling and wind surfing. Beautiful pool and nice rooftop bar. Hotel features a welcome front at the rooftop bar and a large cooking area. No air conditioning bit the bedroom has a ceiling fan and the evening breeze cools the room down. Near many restaurants and shops close to national park.

TRIP ADVISOR REVIEW BRISTOL SUNSET BEACH Room 21K block 2, easy access by lift to roof bar/ breakfast etc. We were last drop off , ( some one has to be!)so a while on the bus, so after 11 pm by the time we were dropped off right outside the hotel. Checkin no problem, courteous staff, and on discovering there was no water in room and no change for vending machine, decided to go out near midnight to purchase some; a very kind girl, possibly from roof bar or gym, said not to go out and fetched a large bottle of water from bar to tide us over for the time being, very kind, thanks. We did pop out anyway, nearby pub for holiday pint.. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, nice and modern, full size fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows. There’s also a tv in living area and bedroom, not that we really watch tv on holiday. The shower is really good, rain, waterfall, and body directed jets as well as hand held with 3 settings. There was a small balcony with table and 2 chairs, looks onto gardens and the adjacent block; never got the sun though. Breakfast is buffet, served on roof, usual selection and enough choice to start your day, the view from roof terrace is lovely, out to sea and land. We never used the bar at night as music square, restaurants are 10 minute walk away( we’re older..) but never had any issues with loud music playing into the night, bar closes 11pm most nights and midnight at weekend, we were told, but we’re not early bedders on holiday, midnight usually. The music played during breakfast and rest of day is a good mix and pleasant. The pool is small, but adequate, always managed to get a sun bed if we wanted one, but area is smaller than usual. Bedroom only (not living area)had a large cooling fan and worked well to keep room cool during our stay. Restaurants on seafront are good and not as expensive as you would think for restaurants in that location, we went to Sotavento 3 times, very nice, also La Playita, on the ***** try La Tasha and for good food but grumpiest waiters in the world😉 try El Toro Bravo. Walking to music square etc May take a couple of tries if you dont check your street map first, to get the shortest route, but once you’ve found your way, it’s easy, also, coming out of hotel, turn right instead of left you have a nice costal route, about a leisure 30 minutes to harbour/ marina and start of restaurants approaching from opposite direction.

Very nice stay. Rooms are compact but clean. Staff are mainly Spanish and are very welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. there is a bar/eats place on the roof of 'Block 2' which has great views, the prices are not expensive. The Harbour and the main night life is 5 mins walk away so it's well situated, it also has sea views from the rooftop.

Just returned from week stay and had a great time. Hotel location - perfect, couple of minutes from large supermarket, 5 mins walk to music square Hotel - very modern interior 2 bedrooms, also sofa bed. Kitchen had full size fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and even dishwasher. TV in living area and both bedrooms (we don't watch TV while on holiday but option there if you do). Only criticism is no air con (Hotel doesn't advertise as having so were already aware) ceiling fans in both bedrooms and free standing fan in room. Was exceptionally hot last week so did struggle a bit with no aircon. Another minor issue was we had requested upper apartment so be aware the balconies are small, only room for small table and 2 chairs so not suitable if you like to sunbathe on your balcony The rooftop bar was lovely and had great vibe. The noise didn't bother us - actually enjoyed the music but may not suit everyone (I wouldn't recommend to young families) The pool was small but we are more beach people so wasn't an issue for us. Staff very friendly. I would personally like to thank Chantelle who tried to sort out the transfer issue for us - the Jet2 transfer coach broke down and we had a bit of panic weren't going to get to the airport. Reception staff also have a room available to store our luggage and allowed us to use the showers in gym Overall we had fabulous stay and will definitely return - thank you

The constant Very Loud Boom Boom From the rooftop party’s that go on long after midnight means that the hotel guests get no sleep till the nose Stops And when I say loud I mean Extremely Loud you can feel the whole apartment vibrating The block we stated in had NO elevator There is no air conditioning in the rooms The pool is freezing with no room to sunbathe when the 20 or so sun-beds have been taken for the day

Very disappointed with our stay so far. Apartments very small. Sofa beds extremely uncomfortable. Bathrooms in serious need of maintenance - back of the bathroom door is badly water damaged. Coffee machine leaks every time you use it. Shower head rusty and dirty. No air con in apartments (I understand this is an environmental thing) but it makes it very uncomfortable to sleep in. Have had to sleep with balcony door open most nights. The noise from the rooftop bar has been the worst part. Currently lying listening to heavy bass at 00:30, even though poster in lift said it would be over by midnight. Feel like I’m living in a college dorm room with loud drunks running up and down the corridors and shouting. Positives? Staff have been lovely so far and the view from the rooftop during breakfast is very nice. Overall, if you are looking for some peace and quiet or have young kids with you, do not come here.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. Stayed here 22-29 June in a ground floor one bedroom apartment in block 1. This was ideal as we had a little patio area and could hear the music from the rooftop bar (which was stunning by the way) but weren’t bothered by it. The apartments were well equipped and comfortable and the fan in the bedroom was fine. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the common areas easy to get around. Drinks in the rooftop bar were reasonable. The pool didn’t open till 11 am but that was because there is no sun on that area till then. We never struggled for a sunbed either. It’s probably not that great for young kids as if shelves deeply but it was perfect for adults. Only 2 umbrellas though which is prob the only criticism. Lovely hotel, fantastic facilities and brilliant staff. Go here!

Sceptical from reading others reviews but honestly a really good hotel, pool was small but never had a problem getting a sunbed at different times of the days, life guard on duty at all times, cheap vending machine was a life saver when we arrived really late at night, location is close to a supermarket, beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The terrace can provide food and drinks Wednesday to Sunday all day , the music was amazing on the terrace and if you’re into parties, make sure you go on Saturday nights because wow. Locals in the area are lovely. The hotel is located 5-10 minute walk from the music square and other places to eat and drink. We had a small room so we made our space work, only downfall was the size of the shower, just enough room to stand let alone lather some soap on your legs wouldn’t say the decor was dated but could maybe do with some tweaking from maintenance (shower handle was a bit delicate & missing a door frame in bed room) but honestly would recommend staying here, it’s clean, staff are friendly. We couldn’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have any here. Drinks are reasonably priced at the roof top aswell if anyone is wondering. For the price we paid we couldn’t complain, thank you to all the staff❤️
