We had a great time at Riu Palace Aquarelle. Service was great in every restaurant and bar. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is the resort I visited that had the most animation. The entertainment team is great and full of talent. The only negative I have experienced is the very loud music during the beach party. Our room was pool view and the sound was very loud until 1 am. Our family that had a room on a different side of the hotel did not hear the party at all. Minor inconvinience considering the great week we had.

I took my friend to Jamaica for her birthday, it was her first time to Jamaica. She and I was so pleased and well entertained by the Hotel Staffs. I didn’t have to take her outside of the facility to try any other dishes, the food and the entertainment was amazing. I definitely would encourage my family members and friends and visit that hotel again. The hotel should invest in transportation to and from the airports.. Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2024..

Our visit was short as we only went for the weekend. However we sure did enjoy every moment of our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcome by The courteous security officers by the gate. Another one was waiting by the entrance to the lobby to assist us with parking. Upon entering the lobby we were given refreshment while we waited to be checked in. For the bar lovers, there’s a bar almost everywhere from the lobby to the pools and even a mini bar in the room. My favorite was the Marley pool bar and the 24 hour snack bar.. the bartenders were very attentive and entertaining. There are several private restaurants there for which you can make dinner reservation but my husband I decided to have our meals at the White bay buffet which was awesome by the way. The meals were great , the service superb and we had a wide range of options to choose from. The nightly entertainment was also amazing. They had the kids sessions first and then there was the adult entertainment . Last but by no means least. On the night of my birthday which is also my wedding anniversary, we went back to the room to find a little surprise of cake and champaigne which we greatly appreciate. Our stay was amazing from arrival to departure. Next time We hope to stay longer.

My overall experience was very good morning customer service, good food, entertainment . However I was expecting a tub in the bathroom and not a shower only. I enjoyed every minute of my time and will definitely be visiting again very soon too.

The hotel was amazing. I honestly have nothing bad to say about it. The staff, the shows, the food and the rooms were all 5 stars for me and my family. The steakhouse was the best one we had in all the RIU's. Bring some water shoes because there are lots of rocks in the sea.

Just returned from our first trip to Aquarelle and it could not have been better! From the second you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcome beverage and the kindest people. While the resort is brand new and perfect the staff really makes it what it is. Andrew and Demar in the pool bar will make you smile, laugh and the perfect drink! Daiman floats between restaurants and is worth finding!! The restaurants were all good. Don’t forget to make your reservations though! Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Will absolutely be back!

This is a big shout out for Atasha Kay! She is waitstaff by the pool and beach. I have watched her work her behind off for a week. She always has a smile,and went out of her way to take care of us. She said she loves working here, and how great the company is. It was so refreshing. I have been to Jamaica at least 15 times. By far it is the best service I have ever had! I will leave a full review when I get home.

We arrived on 5 May ( the day after the official opening ) The hotel was initially lovely and quiet but within a week the hotel was very busy and bustling The hotel, decor, pool areas, restaurants and bars are all amazing, all the staff from reception, bar, restaurant and animation team are amazing, friendly and helpful We had a couple of issues with the shower water not draining away and our friends room but cleaned for several days despite her contacting reception requesting and early clean as she liked to return to her room Aron c 3pm in the afternoon for a siesta but this did not spoil our holiday Our first time to Jamaica and the sun was ruthless plenty of high factor sunscreen needed Throughly enjoyed our holiday and would recommend this hotel although a little too large for us

The beach is wonderful. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. There is staff to help move things around if you need help. And they bring you drinks so you can relax and enjoy the water. Atasha-kay was a server the week I was there, and she remembered what I liked. Really great vacation spot.
