Popular Coron 4-star Hotels

My boyfriend and I stayed in this resort last March 2023, and we were very satisfied during our stay. After booking one of their deluxe room for two nights only, I've decided to book one night extension just so we could experience one of their premium rooms also. It was his first time flying to Coron because I've been here ever since for work purposes. Upon check-in, I was informed that we were upgraded to their premium room and that made us both so happy! I didn't ask for it, but they were so kind to give us the upgrade. The room was super nice and spacious. I loved the view of the sunset from our balcony! They even granted one of my request to put a slice of chocolate cake in the room because my boyfriend didn't get the chance to celebrate his birthday a few months ago. Staff were busy in the morning. Housekeeping also cleaned our room well and refilled everything from bottled water to bathroom amenities and towels. The location was convenient for us as it's along the main road, and we got ourselves a car rental during our stay so we can go out and come back anytime we want. Their swimming pool is huge! I don't know, but it felt huge because we were running and swimming from one pool to another like kids during our second night at the resort :D. What caught my boyfriend's attention was the Cockatoo by the entrance. We'd always stop by to say hello to the little fella. Overall it was a nice experience for us. See you next time!

The most satisfying one-island-one hotel in Cologne! The facilities are complete, including table tennis tables, karaoke, and various chess and cards. You can go snorkeling and swimming when you leave the house. The staff at both the upper and lower western restaurants are hospitable and singing. The staff are warm and polite, and are very happy to serve guests. It's just a bit far from Cologne town, and the cost of transportation by car and ship is not cheap.

Pros and cons. The island was great, we loved our stay at the cottage. But the service was not so good. Pros: - The island was great. Major plus points for the house reef and grass bed that attracts fish and sea turtles. There were birds and the monitor lizards on the island! - The view from our sunrise cottage was great. The rooms were clean and the toiletries complete. - Transport to and from the island went smoothly. - Massage was great! Cons: - We arrived at around 1pm (official check in time is 3pm). The staff told us they would call us when our room was ready. Many groups of arrivals were steadily being escorted to their rooms but not us. At 230pm I went back to the reception and was told our rooms had been ready earlier! But NO ONE let us know. At this point, they gave me the key card but no one made a move to escort us to our rooms and I had to ask if they could give us our luggage so we can go the room already before the receptionist accompanied us. - There is no comfortable place to wait or change clothes while waiting for your room. Basically people are sitting on the pool loungers in their pants/shoes from the airplane. - We signed up for the hike, we were told some one would text us to confirm time and meeting place, NO ONE called. - Basically, any time they tell you they'll call you, NO ONE did. I had to call multiple times and actually go the reception to get any response. - The restaurant was not full yet it was very hard to get the attention of any server. The food also took 30-40 minutes to serve. Kudos to the one lady server who served our lunch everyday for 3 days, she was the only one who helped us. - Used plates/utensils were left on the restaurant tables for a long time. We sat down as the neighboring party left and we were already done, their plates were still sitting on the table (being snacked on by the birds). This happened every meal (and we're slow eaters, at least 45 minutes). - Towels and plates/cups by the pool loungers also not cleared for hours. - Breakfast and dinner buffet were just okay. Nothing to write home about.

We enjoyed our stay at Two Seasons Coron. It was close to town proper and there available tuktuks outside the whole which was convenient. If you want to open the curtains and enjoy some sunlight, book facing the sea. Ours was by the road so every time we step out so hang something, we have an audience lol This is something I will consider again next time but over all, it was a pleasant stay. Please change your hand bar soap to just a bottle soap, for sustainability purposes. They already have shampoo, body wash and lotion and refillable bottles which was good to see. Bar soaps dont finish in 3 days, and a shame thinking were it will end up after use. Thanks!

The Bacau Bay Resort was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. A little far from the main town but the staff are helpful to get you wherever you want to go! Really recommend for a relaxing time!!

I went for the fourth place in the high-end hotel in Cologne and booked two nights. On the first night, I heard something calling in the room, but there was no sound during the day. At first I thought it was a frog, but I found out it was a gecko-like animal when I asked the front desk. It was in the room, and the recording called once every 12 minutes on average. I went to the front desk and was told that the room was full and there was no room for me to change. Reluctantly, I fell asleep in the middle of the night while recording, fearing and sleepy, and woke up early to go to sea. When I came back in the afternoon, my wet clothes hadn’t been changed yet. I finally got to change a room for me, but soon found that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. How could this work? I got someone to overhaul it and it still doesn't cool down. More than an hour passed before and after, and I was in a panic. I ended up having to shower out of the room with the animals and finally the supervisor upgraded us to another room. In any case, thanks for the supervisor's handling of the problem. But I always have a problem, there are animal sounds and the air conditioner is not cooling in the room, is it

We stayed here for 5 days. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were great, but I think what really makes this place special is the staff. The service here is more than 5 stars! From the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was so friendly, caring, and helpful. They constantly expressed that they cared about our experience and worked very hard to ensure that. We had two dinners at the rooftop bar during happy hour, watching the sunset and enjoying good quality cocktails. We also had one dinner at the newly opened Mexican bar and attended their grill buffet on Wednesday night. We were very happy that we chose to stay in the hotel for these dinners. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and they surprised us at the grill dinner with a lovely birthday song and a slice of cake with a candle. Very sweet, as they noticed my boyfriend’s birthdate when we checked in with our passports and surprised us again in our room with housekeeping. Every time we needed to go out, the front desk helped us with tricycles and offered fresh towels, which was really helpful. We would love to come back one day.

Super satisfied, highly recommend this hotel, the king of cost! Location: 5 minutes drive from Coron Town, 20-25P one person. Environment: The picture is consistent, we have set a deluxe room, although the hotel looks small, there is a hole in the sky, there is a beautiful swimming pool (free use of life jackets and ankles), as well as lounge chairs, swings, etc., elegant and pleasant. Service: The waiter is very polite, cleaning is super clean (remember to tip) Breakfast: The free breakfast is very rich, and it is not heavy every day, full! Equipment: There are safes, hair dryers, disposable toiletries, hot and cold water. From the hotel overlooking the sea, it is very beautiful, then the hotel also has a spa (on the opposite side of the two swings), behind the showcase selling jewelry in the hotel lobby is a small supermarket. If you want to buy daily necessities, but do not want to go to the town, go out of the hotel door and turn left to go 100 meters to have a canteen (cheap than the town), turn right is the road to the town. This place is awesome. Great location. Right in the middle of Coron Town, in walking distance of shops, restaurants and tours. I didn't see any other accommodation at this standard near the town center, so it really stands out. In terms of the hotel itself, the architecture is really cool. Feels like you are staying in a Mexican drug lords mansion. The lagoon style swimming pool is also beautiful and a great place to hang. The highlight for me along with the location. Staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are both spacious and clean. Restaurant food and breakfast were solid but not amazing. You could book tours through the hotel. Didn't do any myself but the prices and itineraries looked pretty standard. I personally went to the dock and organised directly with the boa**en. This enabled me to get a more tailored itinerary for a cheaper price. Understand this would be out of the comfort zone of some in which case, the hotel tours are a good option. I did get private transfers to and from the airport with the hotel. These were on time and fairly priced in a nice, air-conditioned van. In terms of opportunities, it would be great if the hotel invested in some new sunbeds. The furniture by the pool is pretty old. Useable but feels close to falling apart and looks poor, particularly next to such an amazing pool. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend the Corto Del Mar to anyone coming to Coron. Thanks, and see you next time.

The location is quite good, quiet place, there are small shops before and after, it is quite convenient to buy some snacks and drinks. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. The staff of the hotel has a great attitude, and they can get feedback and help in time if they need them. A day trip to the sea scheduled at the front desk is also very cost-effective. The bed is very soft. Those who like to sleep on soft beds should like it.
