Staff was friendly. The only problem I had here on our six night stay was on day three around 9:30am I heard someone unlocking our door. Thankfully I had the inside safety lock on the door because they didn't even even knock. I went to the door and there was a woman there and also the man who checked us in on Monday evening. I asked if I could help them and the woman asked hastily ”Are you checking out at 11?” I told her ”No, we are registered until Sunday.” She didn't even apologize for trying to barge into our room.

Very good room, the room has a balcony, you can see the small river near the balcony, very eye-catching! The breakfast is rich in variety, but some drinks are limited, there is a special person for breakfast, you can't pick it up! The hotel is in a good location, quiet in the middle of noisy, 1 km from the most prosperous main street, and it is very convenient to go to the Great Smoky Mountain!

Both times I lived across the road and it was under construction and looked a bit dusty. The hotel has no laundry room.
