The best hotel in Cork, but unfortunately it is a bit far from the city center, more than 3 kilometers to the train station, and it is not very convenient to take the bus. Fabulous, as usual! We have had long-stay trips to Hayfield over the years and the experience never disappoints. Wonderful friendly staff, great dining in both restaurants. Rooms are beautifully appointed and kept very clean.

Top class service from the nicest staff. Food was beautiful. Room is so luxurious. Absolutely fantastic all round. Very expensive but if you want 5star u certainly will get it here.

I stayed for a business trip and was actually sad to checkout from the hotel and return home. Every member of the staff treated me with utmost kindness, and by the third day of my stay they knew my name and were anticipating my needs. I felt like a treasured guest. The room was also incredibly comfortable - soft cozy robe, comfortable bed, and plenty of space to work, relax, or dine in my room. The common areas are also beautiful. I spent an entire afternoon in the Drawing Room reading a book and enjoying a Gin & Tonic. I can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic hotel in Hayfield Manor - faultless. The staff are so friendly and also professional. We had a gorgeous lunch in the gorgeous new Bloom in the Garden and Dean looked after us brilliantly. The food was excellent and the wine list was one of the best I have ever seen - so well put together. The room was lovely and comfortable wit ha great new bathroom, it had everything one needs, including somewhere to hang your coat - every touch is thought of. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - what a buffet, someone with real imagination has put that. together, and the hot dishes were lovely too. And a good cup of coffee which is rare in a hotel. The initial welcome/check in/out and all the concierge team were also excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.
