Our family of three had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless, with plenty of space for all of us. We made use of the gym, which had a great variety of machines and weights. Dinner at the Lighthouse Bistro was a highlight—delicious food and the best service! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and gave us excellent local tips; it felt like chatting with an old friend. If you're in the area, staying here is a must!

The Garryvoe hotel is simply beautiful,its location is amazing,the beach is on your doorstep,All the staff are so friendly and helpful,Tracy on reception is a Lady.The breakfast is great offering table service for your hot food which these days is rare,the Samphire Restaurant and Lighthouse bistro have delicious food,Great wine selection,all desserts are made in house,looking forward to our next visit

Very disappointed with our stay last week. Didn’t find the staff as friendly as other people experienced. Our room service experience was disgrace. A wet towel left on a chair inadvertently when we went out was still there untouched when we got back. Our empty water jug wasn’t refilled and our dirty cups remained untouched. Furniture was chipped. Our sea view balcony was tiny with no table or chairs to allow us enjoy the view. Bistro staff didn’t engage with us apart from one waitress one morning who stopped to chat. Waiting staff inattentive more focused on cleaning tables and setting things for the next morning. Attracting attention was challenging and waiting for someone to take an order for dessert was frustrating.

Booked for 2 nights B&B with 1 evening meal , Great girls on Reception, very quick checkin . Room in 3 rd floor was a Big Spacious Airy room. Went down to The Cave bar , and Surprised our Son Partner and 2 boys with Our Arrival. They had to change rooms twice with some problems in the rooms. Had Dinner in Sapphire restaurant, service was very good and Staff very Pleasant &Attentive. The Bar staff At The Library and Bar area were so Friendly and Efficient. Overall we found the Staff at the Bistro a bit Lost and basically didn’t understand a lot we were saying. I ordered Tea and it never came , but it was on the Bill. They seemed more Interested in Cleaning glasses etc., My Husband was waiting 15 mins for a Pint of Guinness and when he asked about it, it was just sitting there and she Topped it up. Personally we enjoyed our stay, but would not come back !!!!

Best weekend stay away we’ve ever had. Easy check in, room upgrade, complementary treats in the room, complementary drinks with dinner, easy booking reservations, best rare steak my partner ever had. Each dish of food was rated 10/10. Beds were extremely comfortable, great view. Best pool facilities for a hotel with no spa. Beautiful breakfast. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back!

Donnacha (young lad behind bar) was so friendly and gave us advice of things to do around the area. Made a killer martini. 10/10 lovely lad. Food was good, looked like to have large wedding on. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

There to attend a wedding recently. Bad experience on checking in at 4 pm as room not ready and had to wait another hour before we got our key.Bedroom nice and well appointed, pity they didn’t provide a bottle of water or two instead of an uncovered bottle of stale water.Wedding reception was excellent and food very good and service top class.
