Write clearly: From the front desk staff, cleaners and restaurant staff they are all excellent, natural and committed to their work. As a marketing academic with customer service background, I’m always a critic, but I must say it’s a very good experience. Check In was 4pm but my flight got there early, when o called 1pm , the staff was willing to get my room ready. And when you are leaving they offer complimentary water , which I needed it on my way back to the airport. Its greatest assert are their employees and they should take very good care of them . Return trip to the Lancaster and as usual it did not disappoint. Was given an upgrade this time but have stayed for pleasure and work in the past and the rooms were always of a good standard. The suite on this occasion was lovely and spotlessly clean. Although it is situated on a main route out of the city it was not noisy. Value for money here is excellent but for me the service is what counts and all of the staff that I came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

This place is a great option for a short stay in Cork City Centre. There is free car parking for guests and the private carpark is right outside the front door. We had a very pleasant stay here. There is a lift, which is very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is only a very short walk to Cork's main shopping area, with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. And the area is nice and quiet for sleeping. I would definitely book this property again, and would highly reccommend it also.

We found the room to be modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Also very quiet. Plenty of functioning outlets! Even a refrigerator!! Breakfast was excellent. Many items to choose from and a very nice menu. Portions were very large. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center.

Lancaster Lodge is a fantastic place to stay in Cork—stylish, welcoming, and perfectly located just a short stroll from the city centre. We had a flat tire and the Owner of the hotel came out to help - even guided us to the tire shop! Amazing service ❤️ recently renovated rooms are lovely. Highly recommend.

I try to be kind and find the most positive experience when writing reviews. However, our immediate greeting at the front desk was most unwelcoming (unfortunately I didn't catch the blondes name). She was rude not only to her business associates but also the hotel guests. The comfort of the room was mediocre at best. Take note there is no A/C, both the pillows and beds were hard and dated. The Lancaster Hotel is not a place I would chose to visit again.

Stayed here for a quick stop but was very impressed. Lots of free and secure parking. A very friendly greeting. The room was freshly decorated and really clean. Very good location in the city. I couldn't fault anything about it. Will stay here again for sure.
