Didn't stay there as my itinerary changed a few hours after I booked. They wouldn't refund my complete payment only half of it supposedly as I haven't got it yet. That's the reason I won't stay there again....

There is a wonderful Lyft/ Uber driver named Matthew in Seward, Ak. He is very punctual, friendly and if needed, willing to work with you. If you think you'll need a ride later, just check with him, and If he can, he'll help you.

Very bad experience 😕 they have bedbugs, bedsheets smells and have so many blood marks. Bad service I am so disappointed 😔

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Great location for food. Pool and hot tub were open and was just what was needed to beat the heat. I just wanted a relaxing weekend to get away from it all with my daughter and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. On site Indian foot restaurant was on point. Will 100% want to return.

This hotel needs cleaning and maintenance desperately! It was very filthy and smelled. Things needed fixing. Staff were not very friendly. Noone acknowledged me as a long-term member. I cannot recommend this hotel. Parking was very good. Breakfast was average.

This hotel is no longer a 3 star hotel. Its filthy with broken furniture, out dated electronics with poor TV service (one channel only). The first desk staff was useless until I contacted the 3rd party for a refund. The 3rd party and front desk gave me the around about a refund for the remaining night. So the only choices are to forfeit my funds or continue to stay in the less than 1 star hotel with a fake online profile.
