Worse experience ever! Needs cleaning and maintenance. Staff and management were very unfriendly and unprofessional. I wasn't greeted as a longterm member. I didn't feel welcomed. Room was filthy and needed maintenance, desperately. Appliances were old and cheap. The refrigerator leaked freon and caused me a medical emergency: I got dizzy and almost lost consciousness. The desk clerk didn't care! The manager also didn't care. She was rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and no workout room. Parking was average. I recommend avoiding this hotel. As a result of my health emergency, I had to cut my stay short. The clerk refused check me out and to refund any money for the remaining days. I had to contact corporate and file a complaint. I returned the next day and was finally checked out and given a receipt. I got a partial refund, eventually.

Cockroaches in the room. Killed 6 in the bathroom alone. Sheets did not appear to be clean. They had some kind of wax feel to them. No food as advertised just coffee and hot water. Coffee was empty. will not be staying there again.

The room was very dirty clearly not cleaned before our stay. hallway and room smelled like sewage. Front desk at check in was friendly. The other guests were very loud.

One of the beds was broke. There was no cold water at the sink in the bathroom. The oven did not work. The floor was sticky.

My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager.

A respite from the heat. The room was spacious and had a comfortable couch. The full size refrigerator was wonderful. However the clean up after the previous guests seemed a bit hap-hazard, with cereal remnants on the floor and a pen and paper swept beneath the couch. Also, the room above had children running across the floor late into the evening ( well after 11 PM) and the water running in their shower was clearly audible.

it was a nice stay, but i will say the people in the back that sit at the bench were very loud!
