Excellent experience with great view, kindest staff, convenient location with only 5 minutes walk to metro station

Very modern design with sustainability in mind. There’s a fee to store luggage at the basement within hotel parking area. Location is close to Tivoli Gardens but a bit of walk going to town centre.Staffs are very friendly. Had an amazing time at the spa area too.

Excellent Location, but Room for Improvement in Services The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to the lake and a beautiful surrounding area. Regarding amenities, while there are several options (sauna, gym, steam bath), the overall experience does not match that of other Marriott hotels I have visited. There were some shortcomings in the room that should not have been present. For instance, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and I had to notify the reception. Items such as toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided in the room but could be collected from the entrance. I would prefer these essentials to be available in the room initially. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not as rich as in other Marriott locations. There was a delay in the process of entering the restaurant, with only one staff member handling guest seating. This occasionally led to wait times of up to 10 minutes during peak hours (notably on 4 out of the 8 days of my stay). However, the staff was impeccable—extremely polite, professional, and always willing to assist. If some improvements are made in amenities and organization, the hotel could offer a more complete and enjoyable stay.

The hotel location is not far from train station, so it’s comfortable to reside at this hotel. But my experience is not so good. I had asked for many helps, but customer service had just told me to edit those problems and no one came to help me anymore. So it’s a bad experience I had found in trip.

Stayed here for a week. The nuts were delicious. It felt like a fairytale world. Copenhagen is a bit cold in the summer. You have to wear a down jacket when you go out at night. The design is OK but the quality is average. People who pursue quality can stay in another hotel called Sander. It is very comfortable there.

The location is very good. I arrived in Copenhagen on an early morning flight, but the front desk also helped me check in. I am very grateful for their professional service.

Hotel near Newport The hotel has postcard which is cheaper than outside. It’s close to Christmas and the hotel has free wrapping stuffs. The food in the coffee shop downstairs of the hotel is delicious and reasonably priced, while the fusion food in the restaurant downstairs is ok, but the price is expensive. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the heating in the room I stayed in. The hotel staff came to check on it, but it was not completely repaired. I am grateful that the room temperature was not restored and my family and I caught a cold.

The hotel room is not very big, but as a 1960s skyscraper and a landmark building in Copenhagen, it is very straightforward to experience it.

Everything was great and it's the perfect place to meet new people. However, the wait for the lift is extremely long, and it can get pretty hot in summer as the windows can only be partially opened. Lack of places to hang the towels as well though the storage lockers and big and great.

Facilities: The facilities are OK, the rooftop restaurant terrace is great, the room is a little small, and the bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: The hotel's sanitation conditions are excellent! Environment: The environment is very good, close to the subway stationⓂ️Ⓜ️Ⓜ️Ⓜ️, there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby! Service: The service attitude is very good.
